Very nice park in the woods of Apeldoorn. Children will love it and it is a perfect getaway for a day trip and a family day.

For a small park they had lots to see and do. Also to be able to interact with the animals was awesome.

Despite the rain all day it was a nice park, seen a lot of monkeys.

Gosh, it was so busy. There was hardly anything to see. I had to stand behind rows of fat people with 1 child and that is why we went back again after 2 hours. Especially children did not like it at all. Sorry monkeys but we are not coming anymore

Nice park only the toilets may be better maintained during this time, not really clean and in many toilets the paper is gone

Apenheul is really worth every penny! A very clean and well maintained zoo with many different kinds of monkeys. The park consists of many outdoor walks where it is possible to experience the monkeys first hand and if you are lucky, they climb around on one (squirrel monkey forest).
There are many playful information boards. I could stay there all day and watch the monkeys - really a beautiful zoo!

Nice clean places, not to busy. The food is way below expectations and to expensive.

Excellent park with lots of play opportunities for the children.
Parking is expensive and do not expect too much of the catering quality.

Beautiful animal park on the outskirts of Apeldoorn. Not expected in advance but you can have fun with monkeys all day long.
What strikes me is that it is said everywhere that you can not pet the monkeys and that there are still stupid people who continue to do so. Although the monkey-pen does its best to prevent this.

Youth sentiment and it is just great fun to discover the various monkey species on foot.

Boring to see monkeys, you might as well go to a zoo. You also see lions and tigers

In the summer it is not recommended, but outside it is pretty okay, although I expected more. I would not want to go there again.

It was great that we could borrow a wheelchair for our handicapped son right at the beginning. The park offers a lot of fun for young and old. There are many stations to pause. It was great fun!

The Apenheul is and remains a fun attraction, but the employees in the green vests with the text keep 1.50m distance do not intervene at all when group formation occurs with a certain Monkey and that should visibly be in the interest of everyone because of Covid-19 health!

At the beginning of the park was a small area where you could see monkeys up close. Because of this you were not able to walk through really well. Especially due to the many prams blocking the road.

Heel leuk park voor jong en oud. De dieren worden goed verzorgd, je kunt de apen van heel dichtbij zien en op de route door het park heb je voldoende en betaalbare voorzieningen

So much more than I expected. Beautiful route through which you have seen everything when you come back to the exit. First time I have been looking at monkeys without a sad feeling. Top!

Very nicely set up park ... Nice to see the Monkeys (and other animals) jumping around as freely as possible ... Although captive animals do not stay natural! But these animals are right! And are SAFE

Apenheul always remains a great outing! Unfortunately, the entire park cannot be visited due to the Corona virus. Quite a few highlights have been closed. This means that the entrance fee, which has not been adjusted for this, is on the hefty side. But nevertheless a must!

A must to experience once especially fun for children but also parents can learn something from it and ...... the "danger" lies behind every corner

A nice zoo specialized on monkeys where some smaller species roam free. Unfortunately, these monkeys are rather shy on busy days, but on quieter days they come at you.

The monkeys used to get close more often but still the park is a joy to walk through.

Nice Monkey Zoo. Great open field feeling, the apes look healthy and relaxed. But the advertising is very focussed on the monkeys getting close and climbing all over you, but that really is only in start of the tour in one area of the ten or more.

Erg mooi park. De meeste dieren zijn ook goed te zien. Erg leuk ook om zo dicht bij sommige van de dieren te kunnen komen.

Beautiful landscaped animal park in a wooded area, and the stray monkeys are always an experience in itself!

Nice animal park with, as the name suggests, mainly monkeys.
Make sure you have a lockable bag or take a loan bag, they are really smart enough to access your belongings and it would be annoying if they take off with your phone or wallet!

A nice place if outing with your family and / or loved one to go.

Very nice park! Children (2 and 7) enjoyed it very much! The show with the gorillas was very nice! We had someone in a wheelchair and immediately made good service for us.

Beautiful park, spacious. Play paradise for monkeys and children. Atmosphere in the Apenheul is friendly, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The park, the eateries and the toilets are clean. Recommended!

Als nieuwe inwoner van de gemeente Apeldoorn hebben we een jaar abbo gekregen voor het hele gezin!

I was so anthusiastic that I bought a saison cart. I am already looking forward to the next visit.

Nice attraction for young and old. Avoid the popup pizza restaurant Viva La Pizza, nice location and friendly staff, but the pizzas are as bald as the baboon's ass!

You live in Apeldoorn and have not been here for years. Very busy but great.

A really great monkey park! Nice enclosure, well-kept area. It is highly recommended to take a telephoto lens with you. If you are lucky, the monkeys will get on your arm.

One backpack is enough, the "monkey safe" bag, which you can borrow free of charge, is also no longer. The zoo's currency advertised on the homepage (to be purchased as a voucher with a 5 euro price advantage) is not worth it. On the one hand, you can also pay cash at the stands in the zoo, on the other hand, the card loses its value at the end of the season.

Fantastic place for the weekend. I recommend a lot of attractions for adults and children.

Must join the prescribers. Very expensive, unfortunately there are no family tickets. The fee for parking is also excessive in my opinion. Many monkeys were also not to be seen or those you could touch were frightened by the crowds and kept a large distance. Perhaps it was because it was always overrun at the weekend. Would therefore recommend visiting during the week.
