Typical factory slave labor disgusied as a 9-5 job. Theyll tell you youre working 8 hours a day but when you show up its gonna be 9, 10 or 12 hours every single day. Also if youve worked there for more than a few years you pretty much earn immunity and can act above the rules that everyone else is very much held too. Go work here if you never want to spend time with your kids, and want to get treated like an expendable cog in a corporate machine

If they tell your gonna be working thermostats or the ECO line gtfo lol. 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I would really only recommend this company to someone who needs 50+ hours a week to support themselves. And to people who really just dont want their weekends off. Ive honestly watched more people show up and quit here in 2 months than i ever have in any job that i have worked at. 2 stars only because they start you at 15.22 an hour

I worked here as a temp with the possibility to be hired on. Most of my coworkers and supervisors with the exception of two people were very disrespectful and unproffesional. I take pride in my job and work ethic and know that I go above and beyond to do a great job. This department showed no appreciation for it and instead listened to the things other workers literally lied about to bring me down for whatever the reason. Maybe because I stood up for myself and did not allow them to disresepect me without them being confronted about it in a respectful manner. Ultimately I lost my job to a guy who took long breaks, extra breaks, had less production, put chairs in corners surrounding himself with boxes to hide himself, and did drugs on the property. He was liked better by the other coworker on my shift that had been there a year and had a huge say in who stayed and who was fired. This guy disappeared for multiple hours at a time only to return and try to force me to do his jobs to catch himself back up. I received and email 3 hours before my shift telling me I lost my job which they promised I would have weeks notice if the situation arised. I was literally lied upon and fired basically because the other guy was liked better by the other coworker and there were no supervisors on this shift to see what went on. The department managers response to bringing up some of these issues was " I don't want to hear it. If you have issues take it to human resources." I was never given a reason for being fired other than they only needed one person, however the manager told the other temp they fired me because someone complained about me. I did nothing that warranted being fired or even written up without anyway of defending myself. I have a family, as most do, and losing this job with such short notice affected my family in a huge way. Luckily I got in another job within a week, although it was for 3 dollars less. A huge paycut to me. This was the most unorganized place I have ever worked. The department manager showed no care in the wrong doings and ridiculous safety violations that occurred on a daily basis. The second shift lead showed initiative in correcting things but was only haulted by the department heads unwillingness to make change, and employees not caring to do things right. I have never seen a warehouse look the way it did and there are clearly multiple safety violations that could potentially injure or even kill someone. There were very few people that showed any kind of pride in their job. I saw a close group and no discipline or care for the way their work ethic affected not just the warehouse but other departments and the company as a whole. This is just the honest truth of my experience in this department and I know there are plenty of others who agree including other department heads.

The worst place I have ever worked at. Too much favoritism. If an employee works there for 10yrs or more. They get a slap on the wrist or don't fire them for wrong doing. Which is not very professional for running a manufacturing plant. They wonder why they can hardly keep anybody there.
