A modern apartment hotel right in the center of Montmatre. The location in a side street but still nice and quiet.

Good size room. Clean and renovated. The hotel is ideally located near the Butte Montmartre. There is a roof terrace and a catering service.

For me the hotel was suitable. The rooms are large and bright with a small kitchen. Practically the hotel underground parking because I would have reluctantly parked my car outside. The location is very good, Montemart right next door with many restaurants.

Very well located, very warm welcome, spacious and quiet room, beautiful view of the solarium to take a break. I recommend !

Good reception. Someone at the reception also speaks Italian. Excellent breakfasts. Close to the pigalle metro station. A die steps from the mouline rouge.

Good hotel and location. We stayed for 1 week. The room service is once a week on Sundays. They offer free coffee and tea all day long. The place is close to Blache Metro station, lots of bakeries, restaurants in the Moulin Rouge area. I recommend walking to Sacre Cour to experience the true French cobblestone streets and cafes. Plus you can view the whole city from top of Sacre Cour area which is amazing. It's only a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

Stay of only three nights for tourism. Pleasant setting; uncomfortable the toilet in a separate room from the bathroom. Not very well-kept the room (with a balcony full of leaves and dust), and a bit suffocated in the measurements. Kind employees available on request for help. Good value for money considering the area in Paris.

Alright, hotel in the best flat only no air conditioner for the summer just a small fan in the room. Even the common room is not air conditioned but otherwise top

The receptionists were kind and professional. It was good.
Other than the parking lot, the stairs where you can walk downstairs really smelled.
We find that for 25 / day for the parking, we can even sometimes clean it.

No household. On a week the linen has never been changed trash never emptied. Door difficult to close without slamming. Just a small chair and a folding chair for 2?

Great solution to spend a few days in Paris. The neighborhood is very lively and full of places to eat or drink. The apartment very comfortable, spacious room, and clean. Free coffee available 24 hours, practical kitchen to save some food outside and a nice terrace on the roof. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and yet centrally located, with a beautiful very well-kept terrace to the courtyard. You can get coffee from the breakfast room for free in the morning. You can also have breakfast in the many small bakeries around the corner and endless restaurants are open until late at night. The city never sleeps, life also takes place at night. I was overwhelmed by the nightlife and the offer of the many restaurants. Behind the hotel is an old park cemetery, very interesting. Subway station is not far away and you can reach all important sights.

Right from the reception to our spacious and attractive room, everything was perfect. We booked for the Fete de la Musique and had a band under our window. Couldn't be more pleased and will come again!

Best of the "Aparthotel" category. Rooms are good. Quite helpful frontdesk and manager. BIG WATCHOUT- You could easily loose your bag/wallet/passport etc if you leave it somewhere on the common area unattended !!!

I felt like I was checking into a hospital, with the basic rooms and white white lights.

The rooms are not dirty but I can t call them clean because the place appears messy with exposed cables, a IKEA table, an 18 tv and a broken vanity cupboard.

It was decent in that there were no problems staying there and with the staff but don t expect any joy.

My friend booked this hotel for us and I just had to yell after we got there. We got there after a long drive at 10pm, the receptionist took 30 minutes to check us in. The entire floor smelled, and the smell in our room was just unbearable. The patio was closed because it was raining. We called the reception to ask for towels but never got them.

The hotel is located near 3 metro stations but the surrounding area had a lot of sex shops. The hotel is cheap but I will not stay here again even if it was free.

Oh and they don't clean your rooms. Yes its their "hotel policy".

Nice apartment with a rather modern decoration and a functional kitchen. However, a few things are missing such as a crockery kit (we had no sponge). The walls and doors are also very thin and in the evening you can hear the neighbors but also people in the corridors.
We also booked through a reservations site and we were surprised to see that the information and photos on the site were not the same.

Spacious apartment compared with others in Paris. Clean, uncluttered, well appointed. Staff were delightful especially Thibault, what a polite and lovely young man! Location was spot on for me. I'll be back for sure!

Very beautiful hotel. Clean room with nice view. Near to the sightseeings (Museum de Louvre 30 min walk) (Tour de Eiffel 40 min walk). Kindly personal. Delicious breakfast with fresh french products.

Apart hotel so you are home and you can cook. Breakfast is ok. Don't expect the cleaning daily.

Apart hotel well located, close to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Very good facilities, including free coffee. Spacious rooms. The only point is the cleanliness of the ground, and the noise in the middle of the night.

Very nice location near Montmartre, Place de Clichy and the Pigalle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and on the sun terrace you can chill in the evening great .... overlooking Sacre Ceur. I would like to check in again.

We stayed for a week. The location is convenient, 20 min. to the center (Opera). The bed and sofa are comfortable. The washroom and bathroom are in good condition. Two TVs, refrigerator, kitchen.

Great hotel, spacious apartments that are a good base base to explore Paris. However, rooms are ready for a makeover, everything is a bit outdated. Staff is very friendly, good parking space under the hotel and in the middle of the lively Montmartre district with many nice shops and restaurants. Certainly also visit the roof terrace for a beautiful view of the city!

We spent ten great days last week ... Free coffee 24 hours ... Large bathrooms. ..great breakfast and is located between Mouling Rouge and Sacre Couer and close to Galeria Lafayete. Let's vote next year

It has been an unforgettable experience. The site is super comfortable, very cozy, very central, and 5-star staff, especially the Spanish Receptionist Lidia, who has made us feel at home. When we return to Paris without any doubt we will return to this aparthotel.

Very happy to have stayed here in a studio apartment on top floor. Room had everything we needed for two including a small balcony with table and chairs ideal for sipping wine watching the sun set over Paris. View from our balcony down Rue Rachel.

Great place to stay. An apartment hotel with different from types and for amenities available in the room. Stayed here with my family so were total of 4 of which there were two kids. We all loved the place.
Coffee is available in the lobby area ask the time, laundry service is available for a charge. If your package doesn't include breakfast then don't worry as there are many restaurants that offer breakfast. Hotel is nearby two Metro stations which will easily take you to all attractions you have on your list.....

A great hotel for a longer trip to Paris, a decent kitchenette, thanks to it reduced the cost of staying in the city.

Avoid the summer because no air conditioning and noisy if you leave the windows open

Lovely room overlooking parts of the city. Great location - short walk to local attractions. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommended hotel. Breakfast a little on the basic side but it was very nice.

10 minutes from Montmartre ..

The hotel is very good. But young people at the foot of the hotel with music from 3:30 to 5:30 in the morning. Not air conditioned, hot episode so with open window .. very little sleep ... I will not come back.

Hotel in a good spot in Montmartre. We had an apartment which was perfect for a family of four with two kids, eight and eleven years.

The apartments are usually French small but comfortable, well equipped and clean. We were in an apartment on the 8th floor, with two balconies and views of the Sacre Coeur Basilica and the top of the Tour Eiffel. Great!
Coffee machine on the ground floor from 0-24h and in addition coffee is free !!
The staff at the reception is polite and helpful but without any great enthusiasm.

Very well slept, clean and spacious apartment, ideal for 2. Good for 4.

Price-performance ratio for a big city like Paris is acceptable.
Parking space in the (narrow) underground car park costs 25 per day / 110 per week
The rooms are simply furnished.
The decor is only partially new, but ok.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, kettle, microwave and toaster.
The heating is electric and difficult to regulate (always full power).
A safe is also available.
WiFi is free and works well.

Otherwise you can also go to the roof terrace.
The hotel is located in a side street - you can stop and check in in the turning circle in front of the entrance.
We stayed here for New Year's Eve and were happy with the stay.

Not the same notion of cleanliness as me. Only one household per week !!! I went there 2 days and refusal of them to clean WC and Sdb between 2 days! Good for a night but no more, unless you have your cleaning products to clean yourself

The worst experience I ever had. I stayed there for three nights with my wife and kid. By the time, the temperature in Paris at night was under 20 degrees, but the room was like over 30 degree every night. We had to leave the window open, and the club at the street was so loud until 2,3am. Then nobody changed bath towels for us at all during the time we stayed. I had to go downstairs to ask for it.
To the manager who runs this building, I looked all the comments about you place, they are all the same complaints. Instead of wasting time typing replies, why don t you actually do something about it?

Well placed but a little expensive for the apartment

Clean, centrally located hotel with parking garage. Large rooms, ours even with a kitchenette. Wonderful for exploring Paris. Close to the artists' quarter, the Moulin Rouge and the interesting cemetery.
We would love to come back!

It feels like home between comfort of bedding, and a good breakfast!

We had room 408 for 2 nights. When we arrived, the heater was not turned on and the smell of cold tobacco prevailed.
Then, bath mat smudged as well as the bath towel ... The bathroom is in poor condition (yellowish, damaged joints, hair, ...)

In short, very disappointed.

Room not very clean and a cold welcome, no hello, no smile.

A normal apartment ... Kitchen with dishwasher very practical. The location is great ... Close to the subway and the bus ... The rue lepic street full of local food made ... Cafes very busy. The mouline Rouge is on the same sidewalk ... I found Lady Bac's pastry shop, the bread is spectacular for many years that did not eat such good bread ... The sacre runs above the apartment and the painters' square a lot of atmosphere ... Overall it has been great
