I contacted AP professionals mid-January and by mid-February I had a new place of employment that I look forward to going to each day. Everyone that I came into contact with at AP was friendly and professional. They listened to me about what type of job I was looking for, and contacted me when they had a role that they thought I'd like to interview for. The whole process was easy and I would absolutely recommend AP to my friends.

If it was possible to give this place as well as Jennifer Garigen their placement director 0 stars, 1 would. If you are unfortunate enough to trust the future workers of your business to this staffing agency, best wishes... They understand zero when it comes to professionalism in business as well as the caliber of person needed to carry themselves in an appropriate manor inside or outside the workplace. No accountability or even a response. Especially in a local business market when reputation could make or break you. I would avoid this business at all costs.

She responded and even got on a phone call with me. My experience was not even her department. However, she still provided high level customer service and facilitated the hand off to the appropriate department.
In addition to that, Melissa offered follow up assistance if I had any questions or wanted any interview prep.
Not something she was required to do as I was not her department. This is a great example of above and beyond.

I've never had a better experience with a company. Everyone was always so friendly and professional. They set me up with temp jobs while I was searching for a full-time job after graduating. They scheduled everything for me, so all I had to do was show up. AP made it so that I didn't have to accept the first job offer that I received, but I could wait until I found a job that I really wanted because I had money coming in in the mean time. They are the best!!
Samantha Stearns and Jennifer Garigen are great. My field has a limited job market in Rochester, but these ladies were still able to counsel me on interview expectations and tactics and how / when to negotiate salary. These skills helped me to negotiate an offer and ultimately a job at a company that I love!
