I contacted Melissa through LinkedIn to advise I was interested in seeing what AP Professional has to offer.

She responded and even got on a phone call with me. My experience was not even her department. However, she still provided high level customer service and facilitated the hand off to the appropriate department.

In addition to that, Melissa offered follow up assistance if I had any questions or wanted any interview prep.

Not something she was required to do as I was not her department. This is a great example of above and beyond.
