I would like to say Candy Cai from Anyeh Group is one the best property manager. Candy is professional, prompt on emails/responses. So far we have received an amazing service and support from them. Candy Cai deserve an A++ for the above and beyond service.

Terrible service received from this group of scammers. For future tenants looking to rent from this group, make sure you check all of the find prints and condition reports. If no internet connection is listed in the condition report, they wont reimburse you if you need to install it (costs of $400). They will also look to take any extra money from your bond as they can so please be careful when choosing this group
As like other posts on here be very careful when dealing with these guys. Very poor communication with their clients and will take a lot of your bond for "damages". Take pictures and read up on your rights on NSW rent website.
We were really glad to have Anyeh group real estate . We have been living at their rental property for 1.5 year and I must say initial process done by Mark was really fast and easy , throughout our stay they always been so nice and respond to all our queries. Moreover, these people have never bother us and always been nice and honest. At last when we leaving this property , Candy has been so fantastic. She was very nice and help us in finalize everything and we are so happy to receive full bond.

Terrible terrible and extremely unprofessional! i had approached them several times during my lease and all i got was difficulty. i even had one of the men yell at me on the phone because they refuse to check my meter after i gave my keys back for my final reading. absolutely disgusting behaviour. they also told me to meet them at the real estate to hand back my keys and no one was there! i stood outside for one hour calling and they simply closed for the day. im so glad im not longer in business with these people. i cant stress enough that this the worst real estate ive dealt with!!!!! they even tried to claim there was a crack in the wall after i left to keep my bond but i took photos and there was no such thing- they then decided to give my bond back.
The WORST real-estate agency I have ever met, and quote the following comments from previous reviewers, which I fully agree with:
1 - will take a lot of your bond for "damages" (Radison) & They will also look to take any extra money from your bond (Chang);
2 - Refuse maintenance. Rude. Incompetent contractors when they do finslly fix things (Maximus)
The only good thing I can imagine is that they can heavily charge your bond with smiles.
I took renting agreement from this agent on September, and when I moved in there was no NBN setup for internet connection, so when I asked them to request owner to set up NBN for internet connection, they didn't try to communicate with owner and they kept on saying me that when I am renting this place, I have to pay for that too, but in other places owner themselves put NBN set up for internet connection for their tenants as it is their property. These people are very rude to talk with and one of the agent named Alan yelled at me when I was asking for help to send someone to fix problem on our gas cooktop which had been started from 2 days ago, and I kept on emailing them and even called them regarding that problem, but didn't send any prompt service to fix problem. This is really unprofessional way to deal with their tenants and very rude to yell at the tenants.
