Very cheap selection and dresses were all similar material and cheap deco-style. Overpriced and overrated. You could do the same or better at David s Bridal.

I was honestly dreading my wedding dress shopping experience. I traveled to Atlanta from Savannah and had a few places lined up to visit. The first two locations met all my worst fears and were a really challenging experience. Anya was different from the start. Wonderful reception/welcome, efficient, communicative, and overall wonderful vibe. My consultant, Quinn, took the time to hear what I was looking for and what I was nervous about. She hit it out of the park on the first dress! It was truly the first time I had felt comfortable and beautiful trying on a wedding dress that weekend. They also have a great selection of sizes and price points. I can't wait to wear my wedding dress later this year!

The employees at Anya Bridal are amazing. They took their time to meet my needs and weren't pushy at all. When I had decided on the perfect dress, four employees came and saw me and told me how they loved the dress. If Anya Bridal was closer to where I live I would reccommend it to everyone!

This was the 3rd Bridal store I went to and it was just too bad that it wasn t my first! Walking in, the staff at the front were very nice and looked like they were well prepared for my visit - they had organized clipboards with client info ready to go for the stylist.

They have so many different options and Jessica was wonderful in helping me narrow them down. I was afraid of spending too much on my dress (my budget was 1500) But I tried on at least 10 beautiful dresses within my budget. 10 is a lot for a person like me who normally doesn t like trying on her clothes before purchasing.

Their dressing room areas are large enough to fit two clients at a time, although I prefer my own area the space was large enough to fit both parties and the mirror fit two users comfortably. So the setup is great!

Whether it is your first stop or not, it is definitely worth your visit!

So I have been really nervous about trying on bridal gowns that wouldn t fit me or make me look any good. Had a 11am appointment and brought my mom and my best friend. My stylist was Jasmine. At first I was a little hesitant with all the questions she was asking me because I was not sure if they would look good. I have to admit, she knew what she was doing. She pulled a couple of dresses of the style I wanted and even tried to get me to try other style just to get a feel if I would like another design. We both agreed in the rooms which dress looked the best. She truly made me feel at ease and I ended up with 2 favorite dresses. When we finally added the veil and bouquet, literally broke me into tears because I found the dress I wanted. I said yes! To that dress. Incredibly beautiful!! I would recommend this place to anyone and also Jasmine. She was awesome!! The employees there were really nice and sweet. Not sure about the other reviews but my visit to Anya Bridal was great.

Amazing staff!! Great customer service, they made my experience finding my dress amazing, and they catered to my style based on my personality. Hands down better experience than when I went to Bridals by Lori.

I did not enjoy my time or experience here. We waited 20 minutes after our appointment and then we were paired with an inexperienced consultant who did not even help me into my dresses. She would hand me the dress and say let me know when you are in it. She was trying to split here time between myself and another bride which was not working. My friends were in the room doing her job right down to clipping dresses that were too big. She also brought dresses I did not like and that were way to small. It got so bad I did not even want to try on any more dresses. Even if I found a dress here I would not have given them my money. The manager's excuse was they had consultants call in sick. She did not offer me another consultant or to set up another appointment for me to come in another time and have a better experience. She was willing to let me leave feeling this way. Thank god James saved the day with my bridesmaids appointment. He was on every aspect of the appointment for my girls. He was funny, attentive and insightful about the dresses. He helped all 4 of us at the same time. If he was my bridal consultant all would have went well I am sure. I will not return to this store.

Loved my experience with Quinn (pretty sure that s her name) I had previously found the dress I wanted so she helped doll me up with different veils to match. My experience was wonderful and how it should be for finding the right dress and accessories. I highly recommend!

Amazing selection! They have so many dresses to choose from both in bridal and bridal party. I went with my sister to find her bridesmaid dresses and the staff was extremely helpful. I eventually ordered my bridesmaid gown over the phone and the process was very professional and fast! I would 100% recommend this store.

I was scheduled for a bridal appointment at Anya and it was the absolute worse. I arrived about 10 mins early for my appointment time and was told somebody would be right with me. I used the restroom and came back and nobody had been over to greet us. Between my mom and I we kept checking to see when somebody would be able to assist me with finding a dress. We were told THREE times that a stylist would be over and nobody ever came. We watched them take people who arrived several minutes after us and we were told they were come backs. We then spoke with the manager on staff and she was no help at all and told us that she was getting a stylist, and that they had a lot of come back brides. I decided to leave without trying on any dresses and the manager said to have a good day. I will never recommend any bride to go there.

Can we just talk about Amanda for a sec?! I came into this store and Amanda did her thing in helping me find the perfect dress for my ceremony that's in less than 2 months. I am so thankful for her, she was so sweet, kind and fun! She helped me find my dress so quickly, it was shocking. AND there is a big sale going on right now and I got a 2,000.00 dress for 399.00... Like come on y'all. If you are thinking about going to this shop... GO! Do not hesitate. Please do not hesitate. Thanks again Amanda! You are thaaaaaa bomb.

I went to Anya Bridal to try some wedding dresses and Michaela Johnson help me. She was very patient all the time. I want to thank her for all the attention and recommend their service to anybody looking for a good experience.

I visited a few dress shops and this was the absolute best experience. Just walking in an browsing all of the dresses on manikins was way better than just seeing dresses on hangers. Their selection and variety was the best out of all the shops that I visited. Ebony F was great. I said yes to the dress.

They were amazing! I went in being super nervous and my consultant helped me with everything. She picked out the most beautiful dress and made sure I was completely taken care of. She even catered to my large party that I brought to help me. I would 100% recommend they are amazing!

I recently visited Anya and fell in love with the staff. My consultant was Sammie. I showed him a picture off my phone of a dress that I loved and he brought me every dress that was similar to that one picture. Within one visit I had found my dream dress. Sammie is by far well educated in being a consultant and I would recommend anyone and everyone to Anya and Sammie. The prices are not extreme and they bring you dresses only in your budget. We carried 13 women up there for the second viewing of the dress so that Grandmothers, future mother in law, Bridesmaids and Aunts could all look at it, they catered to our every need. I am so happy to be an Ayna Bride!! . Thanks Ya'll for a wonderful experience!!!!

They sold me a dress at half off then charged twice that for alterations. DONT GO THERE. THEY RIPP PEOPLE OFF.

I had an appt scheduled last Friday. Tina was my Bridal Consultant. She is amazing, patient and just wanted to make me feel beautiful for my big day!!!! She explained the process to me prior to trying on dresses. She listened and saw the photos of the dresses I liked. She returned quickly with several dresses and even some dresses she thought i might like. I dated open with my choices! I had found my dress after the 2nd dress, and it even had tulle at the bottom, something I normally did not like! Even though I had found my dress, Tina recommended some others to try on to be sure. We tried the dress on again with the accessories and it was confirmed that this was THE dress! The cashiers were amazing in the front! Everyone was so welcoming and I am truly GRATEFUL! Thank you for making this experience so great, Tina! I highly recommend Tina and Anya Bridal! 5 Stars hands down!!!!!

I came in yesterday with low expectations because I had not been able to find a dress that really caught my eye. Tina was AMAZING! Not only was Tina amazing, but so were many other women working at Anya Bridal yesterday. All of them made me feel beautiful in EVERY dress. Tina picked the PERFECT dress for me! I had been searching for for months and I was finally able to say YES to the dress!!! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Anya Bridal!

I would definitely recommend Anya Bridal Warehouse to anyone looking for a wedding dress on a budget. I love my dress and was even more excited when I saw the price tag was half of what I had budgeted. My sales representative, Christina, asked me questions about my style and the kind of dresses I like, and we worked together to pull dresses for me to try on. She had great intuition for which styles would look good on my body type (petite) and the dress I ultimately purchased was one she picked out that I never would have thought to pull off the rack.

The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars was because we had to wait in the store for roughly an hour before getting started. We showed up about 30 minutes early for our appointment because we had just finished touring a venue, but they had us wait until our appointment time, and then another 30 minutes because the client before me was taking extra time with her decision. Once we were able to start, however, the service was fantastic.

Enjoyed the cake tasting. Wonderful place an hidden gem.

Emily helped my best friend find a wedding dress, but we also met the other consultants and they were all so friendly!! The selection is huge - almost overwhelming, but NOT because Emily knew her stuff so well. We just told her what we wanted and off she went, returning with 6 dresses just to start! SO helpful SO patient SO much to choose from and DEFINITELY respected our price range. The only hard thing about this experience was trying to decide which of the three dresses we loved was THE dress! Would definitely go back. Awesome place!

I recently bought my dress from Anya Bridal and was very pleased with both the selection of dresses in ALL sizes, as well as the wide selection of price ranges. Compared to the other bridal shops I'd been to, I can't imagine that anyone could leave this place without finding something they liked in their price range. We already had appointments at two other locations on the day we came to Anya, but were in between appointments and decided to go into Anya since we were nearby. It only took about 5 minutes in the place to decide we didn't even want to go to the second shop that day - there was plenty to look at at Anya. We came in without an appointment and were helped immediately by a consultant who was honest about what looked good on me and who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses available. She allowed my mom, sister, and me to all go through and pick out dresses, and she pulled some as well based on the descriptions I gave her of what I was looking for. The consultant also actually listened to me when I said I didn't want a strapless dress, and didn't bring me a bunch "just to try," which had not been the case at other bridal shops. By the time we were finished pulling dresses, I must have had 20-25 options to try on. That was far more than I had found at any other store, including David's Bridal. I am a plus size and was just blown away at the amount of options for me. I ended up finding a beautiful Allure dress in my size and price range and they had it ordered and ready for me to pick up just two weeks later. They also were able to match a veil to my dress. I didn't know or care about the bridal seasonal collections while dress hunting, but after looking up my dress online I found that it was part of the Fall/Winter 2014 collection so I was also pleased that Anya carried very current styles. Overall I was just very satisfied with my visit to Anya and have since recommended it to several friends who are also searching for a wedding dress.

I had a wonderful experience when I bought my dress. However, I would absolutely not recommend their alteration services. I was informed that my dress was ready after the 3 week time period. When I tried it on, it looked terrible. It was way too big, the cups that had been put in were also about 3 sizes too big and the straps were falling off. It looked worse than the first time i tried it on! The seamstress (Linda) said she would expedite the needed changes since my wedding was 4 weeks away. The day she said she would have it done by passed and I never received a call from them. I finally called them myself a few days later and was informed that they had no note that they even needed to call me and had no idea what was going on with my dress! They went and talked to LInda and she said that my dress was done but she hadn't brought it to work with her and she wouldn't be back in the store for another week (two weeks before my wedding.) I could not be more unimpressed with the level of professionalism (or obvious lack thereof). I paid a lot of money to get my dress altered there and expected it to be done properly and on time. I am now extremely concerned that the dress will need to be tweaked a little bit more before the wedding and there won't be time.

I put together a list of places to visit for my friend who is the bride and this was the first place we visited. We had Jasmine Lewis as our consultant and she was so wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made this such a pleasant and wonderful experience and was very attentive to the needs of the bride. I really appreciated her patience as well as her honesty. Whether we were asking about color schemes, talking about bridesmaids or even discussing materials you could tell that she KNEW her stuff. We were so ecstatic with the decision made as well as remaining in the budget which made the bride so happy. It was a good experience with great staff. Very reasonable prices and many options. Thank y all so much for allowing Prayer to say yes to the dress !!!

I am so happy I found Anya Bridal! I have already referred two brides-to-be to Anya Bridal. They made my experience of wedding gown shopping everything I had hoped it would be. Let me start by saying that I went to two other bridal shops before I found Anya but I also had a very particular style of dress in mind and as any bride will tell you, once you know exactly what you want your dress to look like, it is very hard to get that vision out of your head. Anya was the only bridal shop that had my one shoulder dream wedding dress and for a great price. Usually with wedding dresses you have to give up style for price but this is not the case at Anya's. There are dresses to fit everyone's budgets no matter how much bling and beading you like. The staff was amazing from start to finish, making sure my dress made it to me in time for my wedding in Vegas even when the manufacturer slipped on the original delivery date. Anya's got me emergency fitted so I could carry my wedding dress on the plane with me. I will forever be grateful to Anya Bridal for making my dream dress a reality. Even our wedding photographer commented on how my dress looked like it was especially made for me. Thank you Anya Bridal!

Awesome selection of dresses and very helpful, patient staff that will work with your budget and preferences.

I desperately want to love this shop because the prices and selections of gowns however the sizes are so dispppointing. Most gowns that you would want to try on are all under a size 8 which in wedding size is typically a lot smaller than a normal size 8. The lack of bigger sizes and designs is the down fall for this bridal shop.

I would have purchased a gown from here but all the dresses I wanted to try on were a size 8 or smaller and I like most people are a size 10/12 in bridal. Please get a bigger selection of gowns in bigger sizes than 8.

I had the best experience with Anya's Bridal, from the very helpful Bridal Consultants to the ultimate display of gorgeous gowns. I've been to many bridal salons looking for a dress and I kept coming back to Anya's Bridal because of the great quality and prices of their gowns and they also have great payment plans. If you're looking for the perfect wedding dress I would recommend Anya's Bridal....I guarantee they'll have what you're looking for....

I had a great experience at Anya Bridal!!! I went in yesterday having no idea what kind of gown I wanted, and i found the gown of my dreams with help from Sammy! Great people, great service, and awesome experience!!!! I would definitely refer anyone to this awesome bridal warehouse!!!

From the moment I pulled up to Anya bridal my spirits were so high! The phone call and text reminders of my appointment were always pleasant and helpful! When I walked in I was immediately greeted with warm smiles. I was a half hour early to the appointment so the receptionist urged me to look around while she got my stuff together. Not 10 minutes later my consultant found me looking at clearance veils and belts. My consultant was Kylie and she was the absolute best, I could not have asked for better. She had me bring over the veil and belts that I found, which ended up being for the best as one of the belts and adding the veil set my decision in stone. Kylie listened intently to what I wanted and she brought what I described and then brought her favorite dress that she believed would look fantastic on me. My dress choices were good, but that favorite dress of Kylie's was a show stopper and made me feel so incredibly good about myself and extremely bridal. Kylie saw me being a little hesitant about the decision since the dress had no straps and I had always envisioned myself having straps but she jumped right in to tell me that straps can easily be added and she even brought some options over and pinned them on in different fashions until I saw the Queen's Ann style and was absolutely floored at how beautiful it looked. If there was anything I was hesitant about, Kylie was right there to guide me through my thought process and help me with the decision. She tossed on the veil, handed me some flowers, and had me walk a few steps which completely solidified my decision to buy right then. I walked away buying the dress and the veil that was 75% off! Don't let me forget to mention the best part! Kylie wasn't trying to push my budget, in fact, the dress that I ended up with was HALF of my budget! Kylie, you are the greatest and I can't wait to pick up my dress and show you pictures from the wedding next year!!!!! THANK YOU, ANYA BRIDAL! THANK YOU, KYLIE!

Anya is the perfect spot for EVERY bride! Wide selection of styles and a budget for everyone (they even let me pay my dress in two payments instead of requiring the whole price up front)! I picked out 4 dresses I liked, and told my consultant what I liked about each of them- she then found the most beautiful dress for me. I wouldn't have found it without her! I couldn't be more happy with everything, and I am SO grateful they helped me find the dress of my dreams!

The ladies at Anya Bridal are amazing!! I worked with Jasmine T and A sha H and can t rave about them enough. I had been to at least 5 other bridal shops before visiting Anya Bridal, and was starting to feel frustrated after striking out at every appointment. My experience here was the complete opposite. I didn t come in with a clear vision of the dress I wanted, but had a list of things I did and didn t like. These ladies completely got me from the beginning and brought out dress after dress that I loved. I liked the first dress they brought out so much that I almost bought it, but then they found my absolute dream wedding dress!! I had so much fun working with Jasmine and A sha! This was the second bridal shop that I visited and I thought that I d already found my gown at the first place, but I came to Anya Bridal in August to explore my options. I m so glad that I did! It was a pleasure working with Jasmine. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress and it was in my budget. My wedding was last month and everyone raved about my dress!

I had the best experience at Anya's Bridal! I have already recommended Anya's to some of my girlfriends after the excellent service I received there. I felt so pampered and truly taken care of. My experience at Anya Bidal was FANTASTIC! I went twice, once during the week with my family to narrow down dresses and the second on the weekend with some of my wedding party to show them my top choices.
Quinn was my consultant and she was super sweet and you can tell she loves what she does.
They have a wonderful selection of dresses for all styles and prices! They also have in house tux/suits for the groom's party so I was able to talk to the Savvi consultants about their options for my groom and his groomsmen and groomswoman.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and hundreds of dresses to choose from. I ended up going with another bridal boutique and I now greatly regret it because the customer service sucks. I highly recommend them

Every experience I have had with Anya has been a perfect 10! I have had several experiences with Anya from a bridesmaid , alterations, and now as a bride . They have taken the absolute best care of me during all of my visits. I would recommend Anya Bridal for ANY Atlanta bride or even a bride willing to travel to find the right gown . You will not be disappointed!

There is a great selection of wedding dresses there at reasonable prices and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I accompanied a friend as she was dress shopping for her wedding dress and everyone was so attentive; the dress designer was actually there! She said "YES!" to her dress there and was over-the-moon during the entire process.

10! I had a great experience. I was only in town for two days. The consultant was very accommodating I had multiple appointments on Saturday with Anya's being my first appointment and first time trying on dresses. I found a dress I loved but I wasn't able to bring my family of 6 to see it so I was not ready to commit. I went to me second appointment and just compared everything to the dress that I loved. I called and the consultant said I could bring my entire family to see it and I returned later that same day purchase my gown. It was a great experience and I am thankful for the accommodation of my family. Everyone traveling 7-15hours to be there as I picked out my dress and it went wonderfully!

First off I want to THANK Anya Bridal staff for such wonderful professional customer service throughout the store!! From the moment my mother, maid of honor and I walked in the door we were greeted with huge excited smiles and enthusiasm! Even though we walked in 15 mintues to closing. Among from that my eyes were memorized by a plethora of beautiful gowns. I was so excited that I barely could fill out the paperwork given to me on a clipboard!! We were soon meet by Daniel Register.
Daniel made every step of my experience just as exciting and simply put STRESS FREE. He was so attentive to every detail and request that I threw at him. As I stated my mother and maid of honor were present with me so they had an idea of what they wanted vs what I had in mind. He was just as pleasant listening to them but always keeping my vision priority! Not once did I feel pressure about purchasing and he kept me abreast of my budget range.
When I finally decided on my gown Daniel was just as excited as my family. Without a doubt I would suggest, recommend, and have already started a referral list!! Absolutely above and beyond a 10!!

My experience at Anya Bridal was amazing! My consultant was Jasmine Lewis! Jasmine explained the entire process at the beginning and then we started looking for dresses. I had already seen the dress I wanted and Jasmine along with another consultant was able to locate it. Jasmine asked me several questions to get an idea of what I was looking for. At the end of my consultation, Jasmine was able to top the dress that I thought I wanted and absolutely wowed me! All this, while staying within the price range I was looking for. Jasmine was patient and definitely made my experience great, as this was my first time trying on dresses. "I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!" I'm hoping to have a similar great experience when it's time for alterations! The staff here is great!

There is only one word that I would use to describe my experience at Anya Bridal....AWESOME!! When searching for a dress, I had the pleasure of working with Emily (the best bridal consultant ever!)! She listen to every detail that I told her of my wedding and what I was looking for in a dress, although I was not exactly sure what I wanted. The second dress that she brought me on was THE PERFECT dress!!! My dress arrived sooner than expected and I began alteration soon there after. Again I had the pleasure of working with another fantastic lady, Akilah (not sure of the exact spelling of her name). I wanted a High-Low dress and she did just that!! I am currently 16 days away from my wedding and I cannot wait to put my dress on!!!!!!!!

Extremely unhappy! The first time I went in was about 3 weeks before my wedding having doubts about my first dress. I met with Tanya and within an hour of trying on several dresses we had found the one! I loved it and felt much better about my body than with the first dress. Tanya was fantastic, but this is where the good service ended.

I made an appointment for the next day with alterations for a fitting and was assured that, despite my full-time work schedule, we would be able to meet multiple times and the work could be done in time for the big day. I was pinned and came back a few days later to do the bustle. I was called 15 minutes before the appointment and told that my dress wasn't completed, but was assured that the dress would be ready a few days later and that we could also work on the bustle at this appointment. Once there, I put my dress on and realized all the pins were still in it from the first fitting! I was told to come back in a hour. I called back later and they said come back at the end of the day. At the end of the day, they said it wouldn't be ready for 2 more days because the needle on the sewing machine broke.

At my appointment on my last day off before the rehearsal, all that needed to be done was the bustle. The lady helping me disappeared for about 2 hours to help other customers while I waited in the dress. My mother worked on the bustle during this time and had the entire thing pinned by the time the alterations lady came back. She took the dress to the back and apparently was so distracted that she had removed all the pins but only put in about half the ribbons. It didn't work! At this point, the store had been closed for about 2 hours and she admitted that she could not make it work. I'll admit: at this point, I cried. We ended up leaving the store with my incomplete dress. We had to find another alterations lady who completed the work at the last second (thanks goodness!), and told us the back seam was now crooked due to previous alterations already done to the dress.

We told several people we would like to be contacted about our problems, left messages and have even sent an email. We never heard one word from them! I cannot explain the level of stress the alterations process put on me during an already stressful time (if you aren't there yet, just wait!). For such a poor job to be ignored by the company removes any goodwill left from that first visit. If you are still inclined to go, DO NOT USE ALTERATIONS!

Wonderful place with several options! Something for every budget! Definitely worth making a trip

Had to get fitted for a rental tux. Didn't take long. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They have a lot of choices and styles for rentals.

The only reason i'm giving two stars for Anya Bridal is because of the selection of dresses and because Margarita, my seamstress was kind and helpful.

My first visit (which was the day I bought my dress) was awful. I was never greeted by my consultant and was instead helped by a floater. She was so sweet and helpful but ended up having to help another consultant and I was left alone. My maid of honor was stuck trying to help me in and out of dresses and when we didn't have any more dresses to try on I stated in the dressing room that we should just leave because I was over it. Turns out a consultant heard me and my consultant finally came over to help. Because the owner and consultant were apologetic and because I loved my Allure gown, I decided to stick with Anya Bridal despite the disastrous first half.

My first fitting at Anya Bridal showed again that the company does not excel in the customer service aspect of their business. Upon checking out and paying for my alterations (which were sky high and I found out later my local seamstress could have done them for much cheaper) I was told to initial an agreement at the highlighted pieces a young man at the front desk told me to initial. After reading over the entire paragraph, I saw a piece that was not highlighted but asked for an initial. I wanted to make sure I was thorough with this entire process because I was spending so much money, and asked the young man if he would like for me to sign the UNhighlighted piece on the contract. Under his breath and to the young lady sitting next to him he said "God it never fails". I'm assuming many brides ask the same question. So perhaps that piece of the contract should be taken out since it's such an inconvenience for the front desk to hear brides ask questions. I complained to the manager on shift who contacted the owner. The owner, Carl, I believe his name was, called me on my two hour trip back home to apologize and said the situation would be taken care of, the associate would be talked to about how to treat guests properly. He stated that my next visit would be nothing like that one, and that it wouldn't happen again.

My final fitting was at 11AM, I showed up at 10:45 and the young lady up front said that she would go and get Margarita, my seamstress and instructed me to take a seat at the couches. I did not expect to be seen right away because I did get their early. But when 11:30 rolled around, I got concerned. I checked in with the front desk to make sure everything was okay. She seemed surprised and said she would get Margarita right away. When Margarita came to bring me back to a room (five more minutes of waiting), she said she waited and no one ever came to get her. She said she thought I might have cancelled my appointment. Margarita went and told the owner herself that once again, something happened while I was there. The owner came to apologize and said "I showed him a flaw in his system" and that "It was fixed right away". And when I didn't make eye contact because I was honestly too upset to talk, he said "well is there anything you'd like to say to me about it?"

Brides - it's not worth it. Planning a wedding and spending all that money is stressful enough. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else. Anya Bridal does not care about their brides. They care about your money. I've received better customer service at retail chains then what I got at Anya. I drove two hours one way to get to this store and I regret it. Definitely would not recommend to any future brides!

My experience was great! The store itself is beautiful, everyone was friendly, and they had a wide variety of gowns to choose from! I received help and assistance with getting in and out my dress and my rep, Kim, was very knowledgeable about what was out on the floor! Although I did not find MY gown there, I highly recommend Anya s to anyone looking for their perfect dress and perfect experience!

Anya Bridal in Atlanta was only the second store I went to in order to find my wedding dress. I arrived thirty minutes early, so we went and looked at bridesmaids dresses. Over and hour later (with all 5 bridesmaids dresses picked and ready to order) we headed over to the bridal department. They did not care that my appointment was supposed to start over 30 minutes before, when I was ready.. they were ready!

Chris Powell was my bridal consultant, and he was fantastic! He asked me what I was looking for, and the first dress he picked for me to try was "the one". :) He patiently waited as I tried on five or six more dresses, but I was drawn back to the first one.

I even left for lunch and came back, and Chris had the dress waiting on me ready for me to make my final decision. After allowing myself to take a break and clear my head, trying it on one last time really helped me decided that I had found the right dress for me.

I love my dress and I cannot wait to pick it up this fall!

I had a great experience working with Shayla at Saavi Formal Wear. She is professional, knowledgeable, and so nice. I had a million questions about my fiance's tuxedo and she answered them all. Shayla made some awesome suggestions and we customized his look right on the spot. Thank you Shayla for helping to make this such a wonderful experience!

This store boasted a big selection but all the dresses they pulled for me looked basically the same. The associate they paired me with for trials was pushy and didn't listen to what I liked and disliked about any dress, everything I said I didn't like she argued with me about, I understand sales is part of the job but it came across as combative and ruined my experience. I felt like the more I tried on the further I got from what I wanted.

Victoria was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to force me into any dress that wasn't for me.

I scheduled an appointment online which was confirmed via email. Somehow the appointment was stored under my fiance's name, which is no big deal except that all my interactions I had to remind them that the reservation was under the wrong name. Still after all this, I arrived at my appointment and I was not in their books under either name. They took this very well and fit me in with an associate with no problem. She was very pleasant, although didn't' really speak to me while trying on dresses. I thought I had explained my style and preferences but I don't feel that was considered at all. Fine, some people just aren't able to get on the same page with you about your vision.
The thing that took it over the top for me was that the moment I signed up for an appointment, I continue to receive solicitation emails and TEXT MESSAGES from various Atlanta wedding vendors, photographers, DJ's, even a photobooth company. This store literally gave my personal email and phone number to anyone that looked their way. This was and has been the most INFURIATING part.

Wonderful atmosphere, the people are great, especially Daniel! Was able to find my perfect dress after only two visits! Great selection in all price ranges, would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

Michelle was a great stylist! She asked all the right questions to get a picture of what dresses would work. The selection was huge and great! I found my dress and shopped more after but everything afterward was a disappointment. Would recommend for anyone in Atlanta. They also ship dresses for reasonable prices

I had a wonderful experience at Anya s Bridal. Each time I was there I received great customer service. I ve gotten two alterations. One was adding the bustle on the dress and well as taking in the back of the dress. Min Kim did a great job on my alterations.

I had a wonderful experience at Anya Bridal! I was very late in picking out my dress and I was nervous about finding a dress that would arrive in time. Since Anya carries dresses you can buy off the rack, it was the perfect choice for me. My consultant was Michelle and she was great about only bringing me dresses that fit my budget. When I picked out one that was too much she said "try that one on last so you don't fall in love with it!" That is very different from other places that I had been to that tried to up-sell me the minute Ii walked in the door. I would highly recommend Anya Bridal!

Jasmine Lewis was absolutely incredible! After a horrible experience at another bridal salon, I was nervous to try on dresses again. Jasmine listened to me and was really invested in finding me the right dress. She took my feedback after each dress try-on, and found me my dream dress! I couldn t be happier! Definitely ask for Jasmine when you go!

While everyone was really nice, I needed a rush on my bridesmaids dresses. They told me it would be $160 rush fee per dress. The company we are getting our dresses from only charge $45 per dress. Hell of a mark up!

I had a great experience at Anya Bridal from start to finish. It was the second shop i tried dresses on and found the one (the first being Davids Bridal) The girl that helped with my appointment listened to what I wanted in a dress and pulled some beautiful samples for me to try on. There was no pressure to buy which was a huge plus for me. I also had alterations done here and they did a fantastic job (and were completed quickly)

Daniel Register was awesome! He worked with us like we were family. He went out of his way to find dress after dress and in the end made us a very happy. Thank you Daniel for all your help.

I almost cancelled my appointment at Anya because I thought I found my dress the day before. I was skeptical when I walked in, but Laura was so personable and was awesome to work with. Needless to say, I said yes to my dress and left with it that day!

They were very professional and knowledgeable about style and were able to quickly pinpoint exactly what I wanted. The selection was great and the alterations were also done very well. Everybody is very friendly and for a large bridal warehouse I still felt like my day was taken seriously.

Paying $50 only gets you a mirror, not a private room. The dresses are beautiful, but they only selected 3 for me to try in my hour. Also, seemed to be tension or training-gone-wrong or something going on between the two women assisting me. Neither would answer me when I asked questions, just looked at each other. I couldn't tell what was wrong, but it was very awkward.

I found my dress with ease. The stylists are great and professional. They make the experience memorable and painless. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Anya Bridal was my first stop for looking for the perfect wedding gown and the last!! A colleague suggested Anya Bridal to me, and I'm glad she did! Ebony was a wonderful bridal consultant! She picked out beautiful dresses and listened to exactly what I did and didn't like as we were going along. Once I found the perfect dress, she was just as excited as I was. The owner of the salon came over after he heard all of the cheering to congratulate me as well. The other workers there was just as amazing as Ebony. Very welcoming environment and I'm glad that Anya Bridal was apart of my wedding experience!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Anya Bridal! After going to many of the well known bridal shops I stumbled across Anya Bridal. I walked in with a completely down attitude because I could not find the dress I had made up in my head. Let's just say Anya Bridal changed my entire outlook on dress shopping. Not only do they have a wide variety of styles and sizes, but the consultants are AMAZING to work with. And if you are a bride on a budget this is your place! Thank you Anya Bridal for making my dress shopping experience amazing! I finally have my beautiful dress and I can't wait until my big day!

I spent $300+ on an "ultra premiere" bridal appointment for myself and 10 of my friends/family, and honestly, it was a joke.

From the moment we walked it, the front desk staff was not very friendly. We arrived early (2:00 for a 2:30 appointment), so our private room was not ready, and we were told to look around while our space was being set up. First off, this is a bridal warehouse, so if you enjoy the small boutique feel of smaller bridal stores, you will not like this environment. It reminded me a lot of David's bridal. People everywhere. Kind of dark and dingy. I also noticed that there were racks of dresses that were not kept in plastic covers or bags, which I felt was very un-professional, especially for a bridal store.

After a few mintues, our bridal consultant, Kim, came and found me. I told her that I did NOT want ANY fitted dresses- more ball gown styles. I also told her that I wanted to try on as many dreses as possible from the Mori Lee Julietta Collection, since this collection is advertised on the Anya website and was my main reason for coming to this store. I provided her with a list of dresses from this collection and other collections that I would like to try on if they had them.

Come 2:30 our room was still not ready. I believe it was 2:40-2:45 before we were allowed to go in. The ultra premiere appointment also comes with a catering option if you so wish. I opted for the catering and it was set up in the room. The ladies even placed the table cloth and some other cute extras I brought on the table for me. We popped our champagne and began to snack as we waited for Kim to come back so I could start trying on dresses. Another 15 minutes passes, still no Kim. One of my bridesmaids had to go track her down so we could begin.

We began trying on dresses and I was really disappointed with the dresses she pulled for me. Yes, some of them were in line with what I wanted, but she still brought in a few fitted dresses for me to try on, despite me being very adamant from the beginning about my dislike for them. I also felt like she didn't listen to any of my critiques of the dresses. She kept pulling more of the same, and I felt like I was complaining about the same things over and over like a broken record, but nothing was changing. They also didn't have any of the Julietta collection dresses I wanted to try on, but did have plenty of other Mori Lee dresses. One of the veils she put on me was ripped and tattered to shreds, and then one of the dresses had a stripped zipper from the dress not being taken care of. She somehow clamped the dress closed but everytime I moved it sounded like the zipper was ripping open, and it made me very uncomfortable.

While I felt like Kim was knowledgable about the dresses, she was not enthusiastic at all about the appointment. When she would go to pull more dresses for me, she would be gone for extended periods of time.

The room was so incredibly hot that I began feeling really lightheaded, and most of my guests were uncomfortable from the heat as well. Some of my guests tried to cool-off with the "spa-infused" water that came with the appointment, but it was room temperature because it didn't have ice. There was also no trash can in the room, so the room became very cluttered.

I finally became fed up with everything and decided to call it quits early. The appointment was from 2:30-4:30. Even with starting late, we still left before 4:30 because it was that bad. When we began to clean up, we asked for the plastic containers the catering was delivered in so that we could pack it back up and take it with us. The store manager brings the plastic containers in AND THEY STILL HAD FOOD ON THEM. If we wouldn't have asked for the containers, some of the food that I paid for would have been left and never given to us.

Overall, I feel like I wasted $300. Thankfully, I had other positive experiences before coming to Anya, because if this had been my first wedding dress shopping experience, I would have left totally defeated and would have never wanted to shop again.

Nothing but customer service when I walked in the door whether you are just looking or buying. I like that I can browse without pushy people. It's laid back and they have enough dressing rooms that you don't have to wait or get an appointment, though you can. They are hands on in that you are not limited to time or number of dresses you can try on like in other bridal stores. The alterations were over the top and done in a timely manner. They also have tux rentals.

I was honestly dreading wedding dress shopping! From the moment I walked into Anya, they made me enjoy every minute of it! So welcoming and actually listened to what I was looking for and suggested their ideas and thoughts as well! Djenne was wonderful and helped and even followed up which was nice! Highly recommend going here!

Just bought my dress at Anya Bridal today, and my friends and I had a great time! My consultant was Michelle, and she did a great job of finding the dress I wanted to try on and gave me some ideas as well. She picked out my headpiece and veil, which both looked fantastic! I even bought a second dress on clearance ($200) to wear after the wedding as well. I will definitely be shopping here for my bridesmaid dresses as well. I would recommend this shop to any bride, the customer service is fantastic and the prices are great as well. My wedding date is pretty far off, and I liked how they had a payment plan so I could just pay off my dress closer to my date. Thanks again for a wonderful day and a wonderful experience!

Anya Bridal was fantastic! My assistant, Victoria, was absolutely superb. My budget was respected and they have an enormous selection of dresses for a variety of price ranges. I loved that the gowns were organized by price, then by size! Choosing a wedding dress is always a bit stressful so knowing the "fear of missing out" wouldn't be an issue was refreshing. Although this is a warehouse as opposed to a fancy boutique, the customer service was just as personal and focused. The day I went was rather busy with many brides trying on dresses. Although they offer a more private shopping experience, it was actually fun seeing all the different styles other brides tried on. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Carl, who was extremely helpful in giving me guidance on all things wedding. Being a first-time bride, there are many things I wouldn't know to ask, and Carl was excellent in answering all my questions and the questions I didn't know I should be asking! Not only was Anya a great experience, but I found the gown of my dreams! And yes ladies- when you know, you know.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress from Anya Bridal. I provided them the dress style number and they were able to order everything for me with no issues. They were very professional and had excellent customer service. I would definitely order from Anya Bridal in the future!

I came here because a friend of mine (and a few Facebook friends) recently found their dress at Anya Bridal! So I decided to branch out and try a wedding boutique I hadn't tried before. I was already a little skeptical because this was already my 3rd Bridal appointment.
I kid you not- this was the best experience I have had BY FAR. I wasn't rushed, I didn't feel pressured, and I was able to take my time, be myself and choose what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses. This helped my consultant narrow down options for my dress and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! Thank you Anya Bridals and thank you Djenne for such a wonderful experience!

I had to write and share the great experience we had at Anya Bridal this weekend. Alicia, sales consultant, was very attentive to my daughter and captured the perfect dress for her. This was our first time wedding dress shopping day so my daughter didn't really know what she wanted but Alicia listened and brought many dresses that captured my daughter's personality. My daughter found her perfect dress! We appreciate the patience and thoughtfulness that Alicia put in to helping my daughter leave with her dream dress!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Anya Bridal for ANY of your bridal needs. From the moment I walked in the door they provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My bridal consultant, Jasmine Lewis was absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end. She actually found the wedding dress that I said, YES to during my first visit which happened to be my first/only bridal shop appointment. I m one happy, Future Mrs and I m forever grateful for the awesome experience.

This was the first place I went when looking for my wedding dress. My consultant was great and very helpful, I found a dress I really LOVED but I wanted to go to my 2nd appointment at another store just to be sure. I didnt feel comfortable buying a dress after visiting just one place and in the heat of the moment. My consultant was very obviously disappointed that I wasn't going to buy the dress right then and there and gave me some pushback and asked me where else I was going mentioning competition with a consultant at the 2nd location. It left me with a bad taste and now I'm not sure I'll will go back and buy the dress I loved. Minus a star for pushing to close the sale (making me feel like just a number) and making me feel bad for wanting to look at all of my options.

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here. Initial perception is a little overwhelming as this is not an intimate store, this is a huge warehouse and you must be comfortable with trying dresses on for everyone to see. Consultants are very professional and make you feel welcomed. My 3 stars comes from the headache of my bridesmaid dresses and manager Christina. Dresses came in defective (zippers) and I had to hunt for the owner and vp contact info as the manager Christina made me feel that I was delusional. No one would give me the vp or owners info, I literally googled and LinkedIn to find email addresses.. Manager onsite told me nothing was wrong! Once I got in contact with the VP (3 weeks later) she was very attentive and discovered I was right all a long about the issue with dresses. She did her best to solve the issue and dresses were eventually fixed & small credits were issued. Moving forward, one of my bridesmaid got her dress altered here and the dress was not aligned properly in the back so she could not see it.., luckily someone was there with her and caught it. The alterations lady really was going to let her walk out with the dress having being completely off, zipper was no longer in middle it was all the way on one side of her back... unbelievable!! Honestly, with all the headache put through the dresses should have been free and my bridesmaid should not have had to pay for alterations there.. They really only get 2 stars because wedding dress was nice, I did not use their alterations for my dress. VP was great and tried her best to clean up a messy situation best way possible.. Each get a star.. I just caution anyone purchasing bridesmaid dresses or utilizing their alterations.

We had the best experience here with Jessica! The place was nice and the dress selection was great but our consultant is what really made the experience. She was respectful of our budget, so helpful, and really just overall amazing! I am so thankful that she was randomly chosen for us.

My bridal consultant, Daniel, was awesome. I actually had two consultants, and they made me feel so comfortable. I came in and told them what I wanted, and they found some great dresses. I tried on 4 dresses, and found my perfect dress. I could tell this place can get busy, glad I got there early. Only issue is that you can't store your dress there once it comes in....don't want the FH to see my dress.
