When we walked in, we were greeted promptly by our Specialist. She began we a few sample selections and colors... The consultant, was able to bring the dresses that we wanted to see and we tried them on... No matter how many times we changed our minds, she always had a smile and remained professional. They measuring and check out process was a breeze. Definitely would recommend this place.
Let me start by saying I absolutely hate shopping for clothing of any sort. I get extremely anxious and discouraged when things don t fit right or a style I thought I would love was not flattering. I do all my personal clothing shopping through mail services because I dread the thought of going into a store. I have a very difficult time describing things I like, but Jasmine worked her magic from the very moment we sat down. She was able to pull multiple dresses just off of a few Pinterest pictures, a couple descriptor words, and a list of things I didn t want. Ultimately, the second dress was the one. She made the entire experience as stress free as possible, which is not a an easy task for me. I highly recommend Anya Bridal and Jasmine as a stylist, she was warm, professional, understanding, and VERY GOOD at her job!
I was referred by a friend to check out Anya Bridal and I'm so glad I did!! From the moment you walk in, you are geeeted with smiling and friendly faces of employees who are genuinely happy and excited to be there. I took a stroll through the gowns and was then greeted by Djenne, who by the way, I hit JACKPOT with. She was professional, fun, knowledgeable and immediately grasped right away what I was looking for. I tried on 5 dresses before saying YES to #6! What's even better, is I had just as much fun talking to Djenne as I did trying on the dresses--she is an absolute rockstar and really made dress shopping a dream for me that day! We didn't end up purchasing that day because I had several other appointments I didn't want to cancel, but honestly, my mind was made up. (Side note....not naming names, but other bridal shops in the area were a huge letdown after comparing to Anya). I came back a week later to purchase and was met, yet again with the best staff!! The customer service and energy at Anya is impeccable and if you aren't atleast giving them a shot to find your dream dress, you are missing out!!!
I had the best experience of my life. I had the "ahhhhhh" moment. The staff was friendly, and my consultant was very nice, he help me have an open mind. I'm in love with the perfect dress.
Anya Bridal is GREAT!!! Not only are they extremely friendly, they are super helpful. They have great stylists and have beautiful dresses for every budget. They have been great to work with along the way, especially for me as I live out of state. They are great at communicating and always give you plenty of heads up when your dress and other accessories arrive! Definitely recommend them!!! Love them!
It saddens me to have to write this review. I waited 5 days to make sure that I wasn t writing out of my feelings but I still feel so disappointed with my appointment at Anya Bridal. I had a premiere appointment on Saturday May 4, 2019. I was so nervous as any bride would be. Tina was my Master Stylist consultant and although she approached us very kindly, I could tell that we just weren t going to vibe. I attempted to explain that I was a very indecisive bride, that knew exactly what I didn t want, but wouldn t know what I loved until I had it on. I feel that all the things I didn t want in a dress is exactly what Tina kept bringing me, so maybe she misunderstood or honestly I believe she just wasn t fully paying attention.At one point, Tina seemed to be at a loss for what I may be looking for and had me go look through some dresses with her but at that point I was already frustrated and ready for the appointment to end. I felt that because I was plus size, that maybe what I was looking for they just didn t have in my size, but we kept going. The manager was pulled in on my appointment towards the end and that made me feel awful, it made me feel like I was being difficult and I promise I wasn t. I was just at a loss on how you can have 1000 dresses in stock, 250 being plus size and the only thing that I was trying on was strapless sweetheart necklines with tulle( everything I didn t want). I left this store in tears because I really wanted to find my dress and I felt like I wasted 50.00 on a premiere appointment to only feel like I was being more of a burden than a beautiful bride.
Tina did share with me that they were ordering more dresses for their fall collection and she gave me her cell phone number to contact her directly, which was a very sweet thing to do but honestly I probably won t be back until I have dropped some major weight. I m okay if they don t have what I m looking for in a dress but don t make a person feel like you ve just given up on them and their search for the perfect gown.
Honestly there is more small details to my appointment as well but as I m typing this, I m becoming more and more saddened again by the whole experience. I take reviews into consideration when making a decision to attend somewhere but I also believe in experiencing things for yourself. I wish other brides, especially plus size a way better experience than I had at Anya Bridal. I will update this review if I decide to go back in the fall.

Lovely Place to Shop Bridal dresses.
I was a walk in customer, no previous appointment, I also chose to go on a Wednesday because weekends can be quite busy.
I had the Most amazing and patient Bridal Specialist assist me. @Velicia Hill it took us almost 5 to 6 hrs to choose the perfect gown for my client, and we nailed it.
No regrets I would definitely shop there again.

I visited Anya Bridal on 02/23. I had an eleven o'clock appointment and was checked in pretty quickly. The place was busy, but not too busy. My stylist, Jasmine was very helpful and attentive. Due to her attentiveness, I was able to say yes to the dress. I would have given 5 stars, but the lady who checked everyone in could have been more warm and welcoming. To be honest, she was borderline rude. I also asked her to take my picture in front of the props. Jasmine, my stylist had been pulled away to help another customer. She told me that she would, but to give her 2 minutes. Unfortunately, she didn't. Small attention to details like this is very important when people are spending their money.
Pros: This is a large dress shop. They have a very large selection of almost any style. They are easy to get an appointment with because they have about 20 dressing rooms. They also have accessories, brides maid dresses, and some other clothing needs. Everyone was pretty nice. They can do alterations at the store.
Cons: The girl I had my appointment with was not very good at putting the clips on the dress for fitting. They were showing all over the place when I looked at it in the mirror.
There wasn't a lot of personal space. The seating was hard chairs set up between viewing areas so if someone was beside you, your groups shared the seating.
Overall: if you aren't sure what you want and you need a big selection to figure it out, this would be a good place. I'd recommend also trying a smaller boutique for a more intimate feeling with your group.
The lady at the front desk was a bit chilly with me when I arrived, but Chelsie was SO kind, efficient, and respectful of my budget (so ask for her if you can!) They have a huge selection and aren't shy about letting you wander and pull dresses to try, which was cool -- but my favorite dress there was actually one of Chelsie's picks. I had a great time at Anya, and would recommend it to any bride-to-be!
Anya Bridal was very friendly to the bride and her bridesmaid. The process from picking out a dress, to ordering & paying for the dress, to picking up our order was done in a easy timely manner. Anya Bridal provided great customer service and did a awesome job with communicating order updates and statuses.
I had such a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in. Jessica, who helped me, was patient with my uncertainty and very intuitive in what she picked for me to try on. I never at any point felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. While I ended up finding *the* dress at another place, I'll be coming back here to for my bridesmaids dresses.
Loved the service and the women are very helpful and personal. They make sure you are taken care of.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was the place I wanted to go and get my dress but its like the second I told payal our budget it went downhill. Dresses I was brought were dirty and nothing like I wanted and when I told her oh this isn't exactly what I was looking for she said well I don't have much to work with so maybe if you went up on your budget I could get you something. We left soon after cause it was obvious she didn't care about making this day special or getting me what I wanted just cared about the price tag. Thankfuly davids bridal saved the day with a beautiful dress, nice staff and actually listened to what we could afford and gave us exactly what I wanted!
I loved my experiance, i had nothing but good vibes & good advice all around.
I found my dress for around 300 dollars & it was originally a couple grand, yes it has some knicks on it that I'll have to fix but that won't cost much at all & I'm saving a tremendous amount of money. (Not to mention it's breathtaking)
The awesome lady who helped me was michelle sheffield, i could tell she loved her job & had fun with it too! She made sure I got plenty of pictures/videos & got to take pictures with the "I said yes to the dress" sign.

When I went to Anya Bridal they made me feel rushed (I still found a dress), the gave me false advertisement with buying my dress, & to top it off when I took it to a seamstress to have it altered she told me it wasn t possible and asked if they had told me at the store which of course they didn t! I wouldn t recommend it to anyone unless they want to add extra stress to an already stressful wedding experience!
Not happy. Called to make an appt, lady told me just to come by, there would be enough people to help me. Get there an hour and a half before closing. They had me wait over an hour before anyone helped me. Someone came to help me 15 minutes before closing. That's not enough time and everyone is cleaning up while I'm trying on dresses.

My daughter's bridesmaid dresses were all wrong...This company outsources their business to China...with this, the measurements are all wrong...they were rude when we tried several times to call them about the error. We even went back to them. They didn't try to rectify their error, they never tried to appease us in any way. My sister is a size 14 and they measure her dress came back a size 24...two people could get in this dress. They just want your money and the hell with you afterwards...we will be filing a complaint and taking them to court. Unprofessional and untrained people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Let s start from the beginning...We met this company at a bridal show at the Galleria, they showcased beautiful dresses and the staff were very friendly! We scheduled an appointment for my daughter to go look for her perfect dress, and she found it...are so we thought! But as soon as you purchase, BEWARE! Because you ll get no help moving forward!! The dress was ordered in April, we were told, the latest the dress would arrive would be July 20! Well, I personally called on July 20 and was told we said the dress would be in around that time ..OK, THAT S NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD, BUT FINE! Then I was told We will email you as soon as the dress arrives ...OK, fine! I called 3 more times after that and was told it s not here yet, but we will send you an email as soon as we get it OK fine...I called again on July 26th and GUESS WHAT?? The dress had been there for a WEEK! It arrived on July 20th! So then the manager starts giving excuses as to why we were not notified! So then we schedule a fitting/alterations appointment. My daughter tried on the dress and it fits NOTHING like it did when she first bought it! Across the chest is all bulky and sticks out, it s so tight she can t breath and she s lost 10 lbs since she ordered it! So now, with the alternations that need to be done, it s another $700...we paid $1300 for the dress! The staff says we ordered the same size that your daughter tried on NO YOU DID NOT! The dress she tried on had clips holding it together, so you don t have a $&@ clue what size that was! Ok, So it s there policy to not refund your money, but they expect you to pay almost as much as you paid for dress for alterations!! That should not be needed, if there staff knew what they were doing to start with! There RIDICULOUS!! I ask if she could try on something else and if it was more I would pay the difference and They replied we can t do that I wish we had NEVER bought from this store and I STRONGLY suggest, if you re looking for your perfect wedding dress, DON T STOP HERE!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU LL JUST END UP SPENDING MORE THAN WHAT IT S WORTH! And if you run into an issue like we had, GOOD LUCK! Because you ll be stuck with a dress that you re not happy with and THEY COULD CARE LESS!!!! And to top it off, we also ordered a lace jacket that goes over the shoulders and it s not even the correct color of the dress! But do you think they refunded our money for that! NO!! This company should be not even be in business!! I guarantee you, no family member or friends of ours will EVER use this company!!
My experience at Anya Bridal was everything I imagined bridal gown shopping would be. I was in a large showroom with several selections of beautiful gowns. I felt as though all focus was on me and my needs. My bridal consultant, Sammy, treated me like a friend. He listen to my vision for a gown and pulled everything in that vision. I was highly impressed with the other staff as well. Everyone had jolly attitudes from walking in to walking out. Being that I did not live in the Atlanta area, Anya worked with me on scheduling and picking up my gown. Thanks Anya Bridal!!!!!!
She said...YES!!!! This place was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly and patient. The dresses are beautiful. There's a Savvi Formalwear inside as well to help with suits and tuxes. There's veils and head dresses and sparkly belts. Bathrooms are nice and clean. We had so much fun with my friend. The only downside was no drinks served.
Anya Bridal was the second bridal shop I went to and it was very hectic. We went on a Saturday, where they had other wedding vendors there, including DJs and it was way too loud. I looked around the showroom for less than 5 minutes before my consultant showed up and asked me to pick the dress I liked best from the ones on display. She didn't give me any time to discuss silhouettes or styles I liked, and I felt pressured to quickly pick from what was on the floor. I just pointed to one I thought was okay, then she brought me about 5 that looked exactly the same to my dressing room. She felt more like a dress wrangler than someone there to help me find I loved. I eventually told her the way we were picking things wasn't working for me and showed her my Pinterest board which got some better results. After a couple of dresses I did say I liked, she would ask "So, do you want to try on more, or are you done?" although I was only half into my hour and a half appointment. While they have a ton of options, it was overall a very stressful experience.
I wanted my bridal gown shopping to be fun and as stress free as possible. Laura Scott, my consultant, made all of that possible. She is honestly the best!! She loves what she does and does it well! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment we met. She listened to everything I said, if I didn't like it we moved on no questions asked. I told her my vision for my wedding and she literally nailed it with my dress. She knows the inventory better than I could have expected. I gave her two very small details on a dress I liked online and she knew exactly the dress I was talking about. Blew my mind! I truly feel like I gained a new friend after leaving Anya. Laura my friend, you are AWESOME!! Thank you so much!!
I had a wonderful experience! I got paired up with Daniel and he helped me find the perfect dress and really took the time to listen. I told him I wanted something simple, sheath, and vintage. He found the perfect dress for me! He had me try on a couple dresses outside my comfort zone just so I could get a better idea. But he was great, and didn't make the experience uncomfortable like other bridal salons I had been to. I had a fabulous time and can't wait for my dress to come in!
Absolutely wonderful!! I went in here last minute this sunday and I only had to wait about 20 minutes even though I was a walk in. There were several brides there and I didn't feel as though it was packed or like I wasn't going to get their full attention. From the moment I entered the door I felt comfortable and at ease, they even offer light refreshments and didn't bat an eye when I had my 4 year old with me. My consultant Kylie was AMAZING!! she listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me in any way. She had great suggestions and helped me find the dress of my dreams which was also right at my budget. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone even if you aren't sure exactly what you want they will find you the perfect dress.

This was not what I expected in a bridal shopping experience. It was so much more!!! My consultant, Elizabeth, was so amazing. She felt more like another friend shopping with us than a sales person. I found my perfect dress even though I wasn't expecting to. I was blown away by the quality for the affordable price and the laid back atmosphere. As a full figured bride, I was worried that they would t have a decent selection of samples in my size, but they had so many samples that fit me perfectly. I would definitely recommend starting your bridal shopping at Anya!
Let me start of by saying I was late to my appointment. Emily welcome me in and let me pick out my own dresses. They had a great selection with wonderful prices. I had tried at least three other bridal shop with no luck. Sammie took over the appointment and keep the dresses moving until I found the perfect one for me. They made it easy for me to enjoy myself! I didn't really like this place for several reasons. It's a good place if you want to try on a bunch of gowns. But all the gowns off the rack are TRASHED.
Anyway my issues: 1) prices are higher than other boutiques for no reason. 2) gowns are trashed 3) it's $50 to have more than 3 people help you pick 4) wedding is six months away and the consultant told us we would have to buy off the rack bc this is not enough time.
I had a much nicer, calmer and cleaner experience at Natalie's bridal in Lawrenceville.
