My two year promotion fell off on the 11th making my new monthly bill $210 a month!! I have basic with tivo and wifi! I called to ask if there's another promotion and the only thing they could do is take $10 off my internet! I live on social security. My recorded shows are my lively hood! This is ridiculous. My only option would be to drop my cable. You're a horrible company taking advantage of the few that can't get other services in town!
While their contractor had a little mishap installing my 1gig line, Antietam went out of their way to correct the issue. Brian Hartman was very helpful and courteous, even paying an in-person visit to make sure we were well taken care of. I'm now spending far less for way faster service. If you have a ton of connected devices, work from home, or family that's into gaming, you'll really appreciate the difference.
Lobby is closed. Building looks like it needs a maintenance overhaul. Large bees nests on different outside locations. Takes a while for bees nests to get the size of softballs. So it's been awhile since Antietam broadband spent some money on Building maintenance. And we all know they have the money, cause the outrageous prices they charge they should. Quantity of service isn't that good either. Guess Antietam broadband needs an overall themselves, get back to appreciating having customers .

Fair if you're close to a tower but definitely expensive just for internet i pay almost $90 with some attachments
There should be a class action lawsuit against this company they have been providing horrible service knowing for years.
Installation appointment was super fast, the app is great, and I'm actually getting the speed I'm paying for. I've never gotten 290 mbps when I pay for 300 mbps. This is fantastic! If it keeps up I'll never leave this service.
I wanted to upgrade my internet service all I had to do is turn in my old motem for a new one. Everything done there at the window no problem. Much better deal.
I have had the fiber service for over a year now. No issues what so ever and speeds are always incredible. Thanks Antietam Cable!
Used to be able to pay my bill online. Not sure what happened but using my login info doesn't work anymore. Now I have to call in or pay at location, which is difficult with having a car that's out of service. Not the worst, but still no way to figure out what's going on. I don't even get emails from them anymore.
