Used to be able to pay my bill online.

Used to be able to pay my bill online.
Not sure what happened but using my login info doesn't work anymore.
Now I have to call in or pay at location, which is difficult with having a car that's out of service.
Not the worst, but still no way to figure out what's going on. I don't even get emails from them anymore.
