Beautiful view and fantastic food! We loved the four course early bird dinner - shrimp cocktail or steak bruschetta; soup or salad (House or Caesar - I'd recommend the Caesar); choice of several entrees (We enjoyed the shrimp scampi and flank steak); followed by dessert (Creme Brulee was fantastic). The early bird is the best value. The rest of the menu is fairly pricey. We had nine people in our party and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back for a special occasion.

Overpriced mediocre food. Would still give it a because of the location, atmosphere, drinks, etc. It's still a nice restaurant with a fancy vibe that's nice to take visiting friends and family to.

As long as I've lived here and I didn't even know this little gem was here until tonight. My husband brought the family and I here for my birthday and we all enjoyed our meals. The view is great and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The menu is a bit on the pricey end but all is within season and is prepared well. Come alone or with the family, you won't be disappointed

Beautiful lunch spot! The views from the big picture windows were amazing from just about every table in the restaurant. The food was delicious- we had corn/crab soup (loaded with crab), the crab avocado toast (also tons of crab!), and a BLT with a side of tomato soup. Everyone was really impressed with their lunch, high quality and portions big enough to bring some home.

The type of place that you go to if you are more concerned about quality ingenuine corporate customer service and atmosphere than quality of food. Extremely overpriced. Bought a steak that wasn't seasone. Side items were terrible. Better meal for 1/3 of price at just about any other restaurant in Olympia. If looking for fine dining, Chelsea's and swing bar annihilate this restaurant.

One of my faves! Classy atmosphere, but dont feel like you have to overdress. Many tables with beautiful water views! The food is excellent as is the wine! Get there early for the special! I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. It is always clean and the staff is great. They treat you like royalty!Perfect for date night, special occasion, or girls get together!

Best place to eat in Olympia. Awesome atmosphere with breathtaking views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast service and they always keep the drinks topped off. We live about 30 minutes away and it's always well worth the drive.

Really nice place to have a small family or friends get together. Staff nice, polite and friendly. Place is clean and follows the safety protocols that are in place. Food was great and prices reasonable. Great views of the water front is awesome on a great day. Get a window table because it's better. Really enjoyed it . Thanks

Excellent food, great service and wonderful view of the south sound. We watched seals swim by and sailboats sail by as we enjoyed our meals. This is definitely one of my new favorite places!

Hearthfire Grill is a little different from Anthony's Homeport and offers a more limited menu. However, the views of south Puget Sound from this restaurant are far better than the views at the Homeport location in Olympia. The bread is delicious and the waitstaff are friendly. Beer selection could probably be expanded a bit, but their macaroni and cheese is probably one of the best things on the menu.

FANTASTIC!!! We sat at a table right next to their window wall looking our at the water. It is very clean and service was great! Prices are reasonable and we will for sure be going back!

Super excited because I heard great things about this place. Went there on valentines day with my girlfriend as well as out 7 year anniversary. One thing is it's pretty spendy and they give you small portions which is fine. However me and my girl ordered the steaks and were told they didnt have any steak knives left. Food tastes really good which was great but the steak was tough and chewy. Biggest complaint though was we had to cut our steak with a butter knife... Bread at the beginning was fantastic though. Probably wont be back.

With Covid 19 going on, it was a little slow getting seated. Only 5 persons per table are authorized per WA State requirement. After ordering, it took some time for the server to show, it went pretty smooth. The food was great, the view of the South Sound was fantastic.

Excellent dinner in a beautiful setting. The restaurant itself it's very warm feeling and open, you can see directly into the kitchen. Their signature martinis are on point. I'm never disappointed any time I go.

Worst dinning experience in a while! Went out for dinner on Halloween 2020 for our anniversary and were very disappointed. Arrived at 7:30 restaurant wasn't really busy and service was so slow for everything! Waited what seemed like an eternity between appetizers, salads and entrees. The entrees were small we had the steak and garlic prawns and the prawns were definitely not fresh with a funky smell we couldn't even finish them and my wife got sick after we got home. It took an hour and a half and cost a ridiculous $145.00 with only 3 beers and a shot of alcohol. To bad we used to love this place but wont be returning.

Location is great, atmosphere is warm and comforting with a fine dining meets casual attire feel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was where the failure occured. It looked good but that was about all. Salmon was tough chewy tasteless and only served with 1 stalk of broccoli and 2 corn cakes, no salad or soup with any entrees. The steak serving is miniature and doused with sauteed huckleberry's a pairing that just isn't any good.

Been coming here over the years, 10 years to be exact.. My most recent visit was August 20, 20. As everywhere else, "because of Covid-19" their menus have changed and there's only a handful of options these days given to you on a disposable menus.
The atmosphere is great and it is the perfect place in the area for view of Budd Inlet. The service is good as always. Over $100 will get you a good steak/rib dinner with a few sides. The food seams fresh, steak is tender, the ribs are a bit dry, and the potatoes are full of grease and garlic, which I like, but makes me feel fat for eating. Anyway, overall cool place, good for our town.

Great place. Great view. Good food. We went for lunch, and they have a selection of about 20 items. I had the waegu hamburger with blue cheese and bacon. It was very good. Real high-quality blue cheese! Saw some seals swimming by. What more could you ask for?

Anthony's Hearthfire Grill is a great upscale casual place to hang out or dine. A cozy bar and killer Budd Inlet views welcome you in. The food is always fresh and the team on the floor are extremely helpful. This trip I ordered the Ribeye steak. It was well seasoned although a little under-cooked. I can't remember a more pleasant waitress. She was nice, attentive, and quick - what more can you ask for?

Lovely location, the food lacks imagination but is very good. Paying more for the view which is bad ass. I had a cob salad that was very delicious but a bit steep at 17 and change. Service was excellent.

Good food complemented by a gorgeous view of the bay! The bread served at the beginning of the meal is delicious as well. One of my guests found some fuzz in their food but the waitress and supervisor were incredibly understanding and took it off the bill.

Meh. I realize that this is steak place, but seriously, put some vegetable verity in the menu too. The roasted potatoes were oily. The green beans were oily. Both were way over salted. The bread was like a salt lick.

The steak was at least good.

The service was good until we got to actually ordering. We drained to ask the waitress some questions. I also split a meal with my wife. It's something we do often. All this seemed to put the waitress off. And the service went down hill quickly.

The ambiance was amazing for our Christmas dinner for mom. THEN the food arrived........the prawns in the scampi were the biggest I've ever seen and so delicious. I had the flank steak with the cranberry relish.......just unreal!!! Bottom line.....YUM!!

Go for happy hour, sit in the bar and watch the water and the customers, good clean fun!

I think their entrees in the main dining room are a little bit on the pricey side for what you get. The service is mediocre but the views of Puget Sound make up for that.

Go here when the weather is nice. This place has the best views. Food and service are good. I wouldn t go if it were gloomy out. Menu changes based on their offerings. Sunset dinner specials.

Ok place. Average menu. Good service.

Ok place. Average menu. Good service.
They offer Prawns 3 ways in entrees which isnt very creative. Excellent view and open kitchen.
These guys have a seafood restaraunt around the corner that has a far broader range of options.
Excellent view
