Most of the Board of the HOA is bat s**t crazy and not willing to spend the money to keep the property up. Management company is under-staffed and some Board members will not approve of more employees. There is also a high turn-over rate with management, also mostly because of the board.

My therapist for 5. Yrs (Laretta Klem) moved to this location the offices are are huge beautiful moderately priced brand new security camera the in waiting room very comfortable bright lighting , high ceilings make it the perfect place if you need a space
