Excellent place to work - especially for college students with flexible schedules.

I worked at AU for five years, and I believe that you get out what you put into this job. Performance is almost entirely based on objective metrics which allows you to definitively demonstrate your value to the company. Initial pay at an entry level position is modest, but if you are dependable, punctual, and willing to go beyond expectations, your efforts will be recognized.

Besides customer service experience, AU offers opportunity for career growth, upward mobility, leadership experience, sales experience and supervising experience.

Management is friendly, personable and accommodating to differing needs.

Freedom of speech: Great to begin with. Wait awhile and you'll see for yourselves the reason their turn over rate is so high.

Our favorite vendor, Answer United!

As a growing company with a handful of Customer Care staff inhouse, we had a critical need to find a partner that could handle our call influxes during prime time as well as assist in creating an Emergency Line which our clients could use that would reach our after hours manager.

Barbara and the Answer United group have exceeded our expectations in not only the quality of service, but their ability to make small, custom changes that really boost our ability to provide a higher level of communication to our customers.

Not a very great place. Ok at what they do but very annoying and not helpful with a lot of issues.
