I have a lactose intolerant diet and they keep bringing me food I can t eat. In nine meals not one did anything about it. Then when asked to speak with patent advocates she talks down and aggressive then Calle me wrong name . After she realizes I am a different customer with different problems she says this is my fault . What? Great surgery people awful hospital care. People try and sneak stuff Nd lie to cover up mistakes . I
Make your own choice but I am not happy with after care or the people supposed to be on patience side.

The phone staff were rude when setting up the appointments (blood draw and US) and seemingly wanted to get me off the phone ASAP without setting up an appointment. Then, despite asking several staff members regarding the turn around time because my doctor needed the results that day, the results were never sent and my treatment was delayed. I will never return here short of an actual emergency and even then, if this is representative of the level of care available at the hospital at large, I'm likely better off getting care elsewhere.

The Sajak pavilion is a building with Dr offices in it. The particular place I went was Maryland Brain and Spine. I had my back surgery done by Dr. Seagal , a neurosurgeon. An orthopedic surgeon wanted to put metal in my back, me brain and spine did surgery with a 1inch incision and a laser. I HIGHLY suggest them if you need back or neck surgery, get a consultation with a neurosurgeon, not just an orthopedic surgeon. I had it done 10 yrs ago and it was the best thing I could've did for myself. I've had zero pain so VR surgery

I had my blood drawn this morning at the blood draw lab in ste 240. I was warmly greeted by Ashley and Keisha. I explained my history with having very difficult veins to get blood from abd often having to go to the infusion ctr to get IVs put in preop. They spent the next almost 2 hours helping me, I insisted they help other patients as any cam in since we knew it was probably going to be a lengthy and difficult process. It took a while to get just the right spot but the only tried when they were really hopeful about a vein. They were gentle, professional, understanding and kind. They mever made me feel like an inconvenience or a pain lol. I was truly so grateful to have them on my side today and in the end Keisha was triumphant and got all the tubes filled from 1 fantastic stick. I couldn't be happier with the care I received and the entire experience with them both today.
