Nice place to stay at pondicherry..... Located at accessible location from most part of the city

Food quality can be improved. Asked for roast dosa and they provided old one. I prefer something near to beach like ' la coramendal ' which is far better in services than 3 star hotels

Cozy rooms ..woth very good room service..the staff is polite courteous and helpful. They were also flexible regarding the check out time

If you had booked your room via Goibibo or other you must wait till the time comes to check in...For an urgency multiple requests they may help to check in early.

A Decent Three star Hotel located at Kamarajar Salai, approximately 2 Kilometer from Bus Stand, 3 Kilometer from Pondicherry Railway station and 4 Kilometer from the beach. This Hotel have a swimming pool in the roof-top.

Nice hotel... good staff...Swimming pool on the top floor not too clean... rooms can b noisy...Restaurant on the left needs to refurbished.

Very poor choice of food. They have closed the typical veg restaurant and deviced a unique technique of converting south indian as north indian pattern. They said everything to be ordered separately like Rice, Sambhar, Rasam, Sabzee etc... Typical south Indian food connoisseur are advised not to go there.

A good hotel in Pondicherry. The toilets are kind of dated and need maintenance. My local simcard did not work so I asked the hotel reception to call OLA taxi, but strangely, they refused and offered their taxi at more than 3 times the ola taxi cost! Seem to be very greedy!

Three star hotel, good taste of food, swimming pool and bar. Everything good. Drinking water cost 20rs per litre outside shop that same brand here billed at 45rs + GST.

The place is good maintain but i won't give more star rating for this hotel because they charge nearly 7000 for 3 adults and 2children

Pretty good! Priced little higher with complimentary breakfast. Having big rooms and roof top swimming pool. Lounge is little bit cozy but overall nice hotel to stay.

Very Good place to stay..But even if we check out late by half an hour we have to pay additional charges which makes it very expensive

One of the traditional international hotel in pondicherry. Still now most of them think is this a five star hotel. Nice to make a party or small function here.

Beautiful hotel and the location is also great. I liked the food and I was surprised by the price I got this hotel. I saw it as a 3 star hotel but that doesn't do it any justice. I would like to recommend it to everyone who is going to Pondicherry. Do try the roof top swimming pool and if u forget the swimwear, you can buy that as well from the hotel shop (not that costly).

Consider staying in the new wing it's bigger and better.

Near city centre. Near to lot of sight seeing. Clean rooms and decent food and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet menu is same all day and we got bored as we stayed here for 3 days. Good thing is they clean room everyday without we being asked for it. Problem is we need to collect wifi password every day.

Pondicherry is a small city, so any place is close to every place. This hotel is located at a decent neighbourhood. Clean and hygienic rooms. Excellent service from the staff. Very good food both at the restaurant and the bar. It has a tastefully arranged bar restaurant. Gym is very basic. Swimming pool water quality wasn't great on the day I used it. Changing rooms and showers at the pool side are of very poor quality and condition. For that reason I have rated it one star less. Staff generally are looking for opportunities to earn tip. At times it can be annoying.
Breakfast buffet is modest, but delicious. There are very small tea stalls around selling good food if you like to experiment street foods. Auto rickshaw stand is right at the gate for your ride. One must bargain hard to find affordable ride around though.

Overall this is a recommended hotel.

Chose a premium room. Room is a bit smaller for the category of the hotel. Room is neat and clean. All other things are good. Breakfast menu needs improvement. While checking in, I liked that cute little reception. But, while checking out, they were unable to handle a group of North Indian guests, though there were 3 persons in the reception. It made me to wait for nearly an hour to check out. Even after that, they were unable to provide staff to bring our luggage to the car. This one made me to reduce one star.
