My family and I were with T-mobile for 9 years. As per recommendation, we decided to stop at this location and check out the deals Verizon offered.
Josiah greeted my husband and I last month when we decided to leave T-Mobile. In the past at T-Mobile we weren t always explained deals or contracts well enough. There always seemed to be a catch . Josiah was very thorough and didn t mind that we asked 150 questions haha! He was professional, polite and gave us a good laugh! Needless to say, we are now Verizon customers on a new family plan! I previously posted a positive review w/ 5 stars; however, I have no choice but to make a revision due to negative after-sales services. I believed in their Sales pitch, but the promotion they repeatedly promised me was never applied to my Verizon bill even though it has almost been three months since my purchase. Additionally, they stopped responding to my email inquiries. Please be aware.

I am not a tech savvy and need a lot of help. The wireless consultant, Mr. Alex Day was absolutely patient, very informative, professional, and respectful. Additionally, he took time to answer my blunt questions regarding bills in such great detail and completely cleared my confusion, which was caused by a Verizon customer care staff. I highly recommend him without any reservation.
Outstanding service! I met my Mom there with my two young kids in tow. The plan was to upgrade her phone and possibly my husbands. We ended up getting new phones for both of them plus upgrading mine as well since they offered us such fantastic deals. We even upgraded our plan to a better one for less then what we were paying before. They were completely understanding of my kids and did their best to get us out of there quickly.
It's a 45 minute drive here for me but completely worth it and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.
