I previously posted a positive review w/ 5 stars; however, I have no choice but to make a revision due to negative after-sales services. I believed in their Sales pitch, but the promotion they repeatedly promised me was never applied to my Verizon bill even though it has almost been three months since my purchase. Additionally, they stopped responding to my email inquiries. Please be aware.

I am not a tech savvy and need a lot of help. The wireless consultant, Mr. Alex Day was absolutely patient, very informative, professional, and respectful. Additionally, he took time to answer my blunt questions regarding bills in such great detail and completely cleared my confusion, which was caused by a Verizon customer care staff. I highly recommend him without any reservation.
