I love this place there are the girl there they help me very well I was becoming a new cat mom and she helped me get everything I need it for the cat and the customer service is awesome I will recommend this place to anybody if you're becoming a new cat mom or dog mom or any animal mom

I bought a bearded dragon from them about six months ago he stopped eating and they told me it was because of the cold weather b******* I've had them before and I've never had a problem they told me that he would be fine well he died last night

the people there are amazing they are always friendly and will help if u ask nicely they always have good prises and lots of cute animals and if u have any animals you cant take of anymore dont release them they will take the and give them loving homes (small animals not like a great Dane)

We needed somewhere for nail trimming and advice on care for a lge. rabbit, these folks totally came through and their open cage, petting area frosted the cake. We've gone back several times and will keep doing so. Highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff with a large variety of pets and supplies. They have hand-fed birds they acquire from a specific breeder and they appear to be of good quality.

Fish review only; let me start off saying that they do have a very good selection of aquarium filters and filter media and a wide variety of very high quality fish food. I could not believe the deplorable conditions of their tanks. I went looking at goldfish they were diseased they were dying one had a big anchor worm and an abscess sticking out of its side. Most of them had body malformations from poor water quality. Lots of dead plecos and dead goldfish you could tell they had been in there for a very long time. The brown algae sludge in these tanks was just thick. No excuse for this they have all the products that they need to keep these tanks clean and nice fish healthy. I've been fish keeping for 40 years so if they come back and say that these fish died overnight that's bull. You're going to pay $15.99 for a feeder goldfish that's about five inches big forget about it go buy some feeders for a dollar and raise up a couple pretty ones.

This is an awesome store I spent about 2 hours just looking at all the birds and fish. They have a 6 month old male macaw for sale. He is beautiful and very smart I wish I could buy him. They have a lot of birds, fish and bunny rabbits. This is a huge store and they have all kinds of needs for every kind of animal there. They sell the neon tetra fish there. I played with the Macaw for about 30 minutes, they were very friendly about letting me talk to the macaw. They left him out of the cage and he walked all around. It was really fun. It would be a good place to take kids

There are lots of animals to pet and hold at this shop. They are also well stocked with pretty much anything you might need for your beloved pet.

This store is horrible. The staff is ignorant and the animals are housed in terrible living conditions. This store needs to be shut down so they can't treat anymore animals like that.

Love this pet store. They even sometimes buy our sugar glider babies.

Friendly staff, friendly animals. Love how you are able to pick them up and spend time with them. So many varieties of food for all kinds. Love to take the kids for a fun place to visit.

The staff here are ALL very helpful and friendly. I bought 2 Robo hamsters and they are very well tamed as they are exposed to people and hands all day which is a tremendous plus!! I LOVE my 2 female Robos; Taffy and Bindy! They're both really sweet and I plan to spoil them always!

Awful place. Terrible customer service, because according to them the customer is always wrong. And most of all, the water in the aquatics department has very low salinity and even contains phosphates and ammonia.

I have 2, 5 lb deerhead chihuahuas . It's not that easy to find sm or x sm or xxsm....I usually find the small sizes I need.

3 ball pythons one heating source...enough said. If I didn't need a random rat now and again, I wouldn't give them money.

I've been going to Animal House for a few months now and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the staff is nice, but that's about it.

The water quality in their aquariums is disgusting. Numerous times I have gone in there and seen 5+ dead fish in their tanks, with the dead fish tank mates feeding off of it further spreading disease. Out of the 6 fish that I have gotten from there, a red tail botia was the only fish that has survived, while all of my fish that I have purchased from the big name pet stores have thrived and are extremely healthy. Their plants are horrible, I would never put one in my aquarium.

Out of the numerous purchases I have made from this store, the only worthwhile ones were rocks. The last time I was in there, they had a GROUPER in a tiny tank, maybe 75 gallons, if that.

I'll take my chances at the pet store chains until I can find a good local pet store.

bought some aquarium plants and ended up with tons of pest snails. no big deal for me because my tank is for pufferfish but that would suck for anyone else. only sold the largest size bottle of liquid fertilizer so i had to buy way more than i needed.

They do not care about covid protocols in regards to their animals. They do not take care of their animals well and have a higher than usual rate of sickly and infected animals there in which they don't do nothing about often and sell those animals even to customers! Pricing is decent though to be honest. It has a large variety of items and toys etc for animals of all sorts. Those prices are so-so. I do not recommend this place for buying any animals. I do recommend it for items and such for animals though or use it even for homeschoolers to learn and see the different variety of animals there!

Beware of the large pink bird. He bites!! Other than that we had a fun experience.

My family has shopped at this establishment for years. The owner is awesome and a fun guy. And after years of knowing him I had the honor of working for him at this shop for almost two years. Loved working here and still love to shop here!

Love this place. Staff is friendly, takes good care of the birds and other critters and fish too. Its my new go to pet shop.

Trimmed my birds nails and wings. Lots of supplies and toys. Various small pets and fish (rabbits, reptiles, snakes, lots of young birds). Place seems bigger on the inside.

It is convenient n close to home. Pricing is moderate n selection of products is ok depending on what you need. They could definately maintain theier fish tanks much better as they are somewhat dirty w some ailing fish..... Petsmart has cleaner tanks.... Just saying....

I could not say enough about how nice these people are and how they were willing to go above and beyond for me. I bought a savannah monitor on my visit there, after driving 2 hours home I set up the tank and quickly realized something was wrong and she was not in a healthy state and declined in health even more on the ride home and would probably pass away in the days to come. I took her to work with me the next day "a veterinarian emergency hospital" and had one of the doctors examine her to find out anything and everything wrong with her. After learning everything I called animal House pet center and informed their manager and she was amazing!!! She offered a refund but when she realized how upset I was that I was goin to loose this monitor and not have a chance to come get another one because of the distance she did something I never expected and something she's never done before....she offered to have the breeder himself send me another one. They overnighted me a new healthier savannah monitor "now called bubbles" who eats, runs, climbs and got a clean bill of health by my veterinarian, but what got me to sit down and write these review was the fact that it has been a week and a half later and the manager called me this morning to check on the new monitors health because her and the breeder wanted to know. NO PET STORE CARES MORE THEN THEY DO!!!!

Meh. I love to support local businesses but the reptile care is sub par at best, several dead hatching turtles, fish are also not treated the best. I come for feeders only usually.

The staff is very nice, and if you need something, if they don't have it, they will try to order it. The prices are good. They carry a lot of birds which makes it hard for me to breathe. I don't like that they sell baby chicks and ducks.

Meet a young man n his mother who told me they been going there for years.(Kid was 20 she said They were going there since he was 6.) N he told me the last 8 snakes they got from there died.. Sounds to me like something going wrong More
