I could not say enough about how nice these people...

I could not say enough about how nice these people are and how they were willing to go above and beyond for me. I bought a savannah monitor on my visit there, after driving 2 hours home I set up the tank and quickly realized something was wrong and she was not in a healthy state and declined in health even more on the ride home and would probably pass away in the days to come. I took her to work with me the next day "a veterinarian emergency hospital" and had one of the doctors examine her to find out anything and everything wrong with her. After learning everything I called animal House pet center and informed their manager and she was amazing!!! She offered a refund but when she realized how upset I was that I was goin to loose this monitor and not have a chance to come get another one because of the distance she did something I never expected and something she's never done before....she offered to have the breeder himself send me another one. They overnighted me a new healthier savannah monitor "now called bubbles" who eats, runs, climbs and got a clean bill of health by my veterinarian, but what got me to sit down and write these review was the fact that it has been a week and a half later and the manager called me this morning to check on the new monitors health because her and the breeder wanted to know. NO PET STORE CARES MORE THEN THEY DO!!!!
