Brivo is the best Cloud Access Control company in the world!
This company is so unprofessional. I called them 10 times and they still either didn t put a supervisor on the phone or they sent me back to the automated system to start over. I ve never dealt with a company so incompetent. I m very disappointed so I m calling my doctor to change companies.
Absolutely horrendous customer service - do not use these people please do yourself a favor and look into the 50+ other, better solutions available out there for you
We have a Brivo systems. We have been trying to get a local technicians in Hawaii but unfortunately no one in Hawaii works with Brivo Systems.
