Strange online order procedure. I placed an order online and paid for it. They sent me an email saying I need to contact them as they need more information from me. I called and was on hold for 20mins then they asked for my address, phone number and email which I have already provided. And then they said they'll send another email IF my order will be processed. Surely there's a more efficient way of ordering online. Otherwise, just order by phone. Might be more time efficient.
