Strange online order procedure. I placed an order online and paid for it. They sent me an email saying I need to contact them as they need more information from me. I called and was on hold for 20mins then they asked for my address, phone number and email which I have already provided. And then they said they'll send another email IF my order will be processed. Surely there's a more efficient way of ordering online. Otherwise, just order by phone. Might be more time efficient.

Ordered an E-Book online and then they email me saying they need to confirm my details? for an eBook? So I called them back and had to wait half an hour just to talk to someone who merely confirmed my name an address, so they already had my details this whole time. Then after all this, they email back 4 days later saying they've cancelled my order and did not specify why in the email. I called them back and had to wait another half an hour just to realise they never took down my details and instead of reaching out they just cancelled my order. Garbage company. Never ordering from here again.
Extremely disappointed with Angus & Robertson. Information given on their website is incorrect and when I followed up my late order I was given a totally different answer to what they listed online and in all other correspondence. They are also slow to reply to emails. My order is already 2 weeks late and still no update on when it will arrive
A&R have been my sanity during extended lockdown in Melbourne, aka the bin of Australia. Books that were in stock have arrived within a few days of ordering online.
Hopeless delivery over Christmas. A& R Promised 3 books by Christmas ..they arrived on the 30th..not even close. One star is one too many
