Famous for hot chocolate and it's really worth it....

Famous for hot chocolate and it's really worth it..
A beautiful Angelina Montblanc (@ ^ ^ @)
There are no other words to talk about this famous store anymore (laughs)
Pastry very good service pleasant average reception and lack of deodorant in the toilets damage for a luxury establishment it is not chic
Always waiting but for nothing in the world I would not miss the best hot chocolates in Paris at Angelina!
Best hot chocolate in Paris. Food and pastries are really worth the line to get into the restaurant.
This is a famous salon de the or tea salon in English. Here you can have tea, snacks and food. They have been around for over a century. There's a takeaway counter if you want to take home their macarons, and other baked delights as well as chocolate pastries. They also have a counter for tea that's already packed for taking home.
It is a typical tourist trap. The prices are skyrocketing, but the chocolate is really medium
It's very good and very fine but expensive and bo-bo
It's "the place to be"
We went because we made the perfect tourist but I will not go back
Decor formerly.
Refined products, distinguished staff.
Close to the Tuileries garden and museums and Concorde.
Best hot chocolate in the world. Great food and service
Very exceptional place. Desserts are extraordinaries especially hot chocolate and Montblanc cake.
Place and service are extraordinary, didn't like the hot chocolate..
Divine breakfast. Local furnished in very elegant French style. Croque monsier very tasty, Jamon and Comte. Also good juices and sweet dishes.
Super chic Parisian place, Nostalgia when you hold us ... every tourist must go there.
Very good welcome and value for money.A flat on the cashier a little dry..the hot chocolate is divine!
Know Cafe shop with very good hot chocolate
The desert is nice
The waiter wasn't very nice
Great experience. Easily the best hot chocolate and cakes I have had the pleasure of eating. Service can be a little slow as they are very busy. I think this can be a plus as they are not rushing you out the door.
Both Montblanc and Millefeuille are not crazy delicious
First of all, the millfeuille was really disappointing. The pastry was very damp and tough, so it wasn't good. The cream was not bed
Montblanc has vanilla cream and chestnut cream on the meringue under the gel, but all three are sweet, so even if two people eat it, they can't eat it all
As if they both failed and would not return
Super good! Extraordinary setting! Great waiter! I highly recommend!
Viennes tea room from 1903 It was a favourite of Proust, and the most important french couturiers
As soon as I got in, I bought my order and bought it. I bought it with Montblanc and Eureka. Eureka was not sweet but delicious. I've eaten it, so I do not want to leave it twice.
well, excellent place, order an awsome hot chocolate (with cream) while cold outside.... and there cakes are so tasty....
Pretty good... Could offer soya milk for coffee if you wanted my five stars
Home on the floor very warm. Hot chocolate and excellent pastries.
We ate the famous Mont Blanc for lunch and dinner. It was fish dish, and the taste was good, too, and Montblanc was also very impressed because of the combination of texture and sweetness of meringue and cream underneath. And the man waiter on the second floor was very attentive and kind. The price is a bit burdensome but I would like to come back with delicious food and friendly service.
2 stars less for the state of the furniture ... Considering the prices practiced it is inadmissible.
Good service, very polite, smiling and available, Mont Blanc is delicious and deserves its place of specialty. The hot chocolate is good but quite heavy. Very good iced tea. I came back twice to taste Mont Blanc.
it is long line to have a seat. you can grab the desert to take it out if you go right side
I loved. A place that is worth visiting. Obligatory if you are passing through Paris. Like a queen.
I had read very good reviews whenever I was expecting something very good. The sweets just fine. I've tasted better. However the space was very nice, the service impeccable and the service fast. The waiters are very kind and helpful
Unique experience. Impossible to visit Paris and not go to Angelina
Coffee was a disaster... When you walk in you feel like it is a high end, expensive place but coffe machine that they use and beans are from gas station
I honestly think one star is already a grand gesture.
Came here after reading reviews that praised this place, but went out disappointed.
We ordered a healthy breakfast set that comprised of tea/coffee, yoghurt, cereal bread, fruit salad and a salmon sandwich. The food was definitely not worth the price (23 & 26 euro). So if you re planning on visiting this place, I recommend you to just order pastries.
The service was also horrible, in my opinion.
There were nearly ten waiters and yet we found it so difficult to catch their attention. It took nearly 5-10minutes to ask for a cup of hot water.
I d give it a 0.1 rating, if possible.
A must in the heart of Paris. For example for a breakfast ....
A heavy overrated place. Cakes can be bought only for take-away. Cafe is unpleasant. The furniture, dishes, cups, spoons are old and unpleasant, one of 4 tea spoons was heavily dirty. Toilets are not clean, toilet paper scattered out of toilet. It seems that you are somewhere in the provinces in a cheap cafe.
P.S. We ordered 4 different cakes but cream inside was same surprisingly .
Patessie Supreme! Wonderful experience and highly recommended. The mint Blanc is outstanding as well as the macaroons. Don't leave without sampling the decadent hot chocolate. It's pricey, but worth it
Wonderful place, very chic and with excellent service. In addition, their hot chocolate is very, very good. Unforgettable program.
The architecture is beautiful but the famous hot chocolate is way too sweet. Pure milk itself is too sweet, and whipped cream doesn't taste like it adds sugar. Too extreme even for people with the softest teeth. My friend had to use the bathroom for a while
The setting is nice, the service impeccable hot chocolate in the old is unctuous intense desire.
To accompany hot chocolate a pastry. For my part I took the chocolate lightning simply delicious.
I recommend
NOTE: to get in there must be queued but it moves quickly.
Arrived early in the morning and walked right in. The restaurant is so very elegant. Two tables were seated and my wife and I were the only people waiting. While the hostess, not acknowledging us continued paperwork. Once seated we watched our server clear two tables, replace the tablecloth and silverware. Unfriendly pompous service was then performed. If you are looking for a beautiful establishment with poor service, ordinary pastry, gelatinous hot Chocolat and loads of pomposity then this is the place to be.
Wait time was not too bad - about 20 minutes. The decor in and around the first floor was very nice.
We got seated on the second floor, upstairs and it was not as nice as downstairs but it was more quiet.
Food was not as great as I anticipated. After reading all the excellent reviews on the internet, I find it quite disappointing. The food took awhile to be served and the taste was just average. Couple of the hot food items were not even hot when served.
At such a well known place, you would think the service would be good, but nope! The waitress we had was rude and impolite.
Even witnessed an accident as we were getting to leave. A lady tripped on a frame that was along the wall n she sustained a bad cut and needed first aid care. (Which I find the restaurant did not immediately give, it took awhile for the manager and the staff to come and check the lady with the first aid kit).
Overall - food is overrated n overpriced and the service was definitely not good.
The hot chocolate was not what I expected. Very very sweet, we could not even taste chocolate with all that sugar. On the other hand, the decor is very impressive & the service fast and friendly.
I really liked the African chocolate and the monthblanc.
Very busy but the desserts are great. The creme is light. Although their classic mont blanc is too sweet. Their hot chocolate is good but their pre bottled juices is nothing special.
ultra chic but ultra nice tea room for a gourmet moment to 2, in love or with friends :)!
Typical Parisian pastry, elegant refined where you can enjoy a delicious and revisited classic Mont Blanc at the table! Obviously the pastry shop also offers other pastries like macarons and delicious hot chocolate!
Very nice establishment, famous if it is, I spend a delicious time with my daughter whose birthday today ... All we like.
I went there with a friend yesterday. It is still the best cup chocolate in Paris, smooth and velvety. There was a lot of space between the tables, everyone wore a mask while waiting for the staff also masked, freezing at the entrance. Safety standards are top notch and no waiting when we arrived. I always want to go back!
Yum! But there is going to be along line if you are planning to go in the afternoon. Get there in the morning for breakfast instead and skip the long wait.
One of the best tea room! Pastries at the top. To advice.
Very famous place, but it didn't convince me: hot chocolate was average and Mont Blanc too simple, but pricey...
If you are in Paris, it's a must that you have to try the pastries and desert places. Angelina's is a very well known place. We came here in search of their Mont-Blanc. It's hard to describe but it is chocolaty and sweet. It was worth the effort - and calories.
It has awesome chocolates and the staff are helpful and the place is great !!
You cannot truly experience Paris without enjoying Angelina's!! The Mont Blanc is amazing!! Since visiting Angelina's I have been ruined from eating croissants, as nothing else compares.
My daughters loved having afternoon tea there. Must try the hot chocolate and the Monte Blanc dessert. Can just dash in the right side to buy desserts if you don't want to sit and eat in the tea room. Great service every time we have visited.
I love everything about this place : the coffee - the macarons and ESPECIALLY THE FAMOUS MONT BLANC
Very good bar
I recommend
Parisian classic! Packed by tourists as well as by locals, there is a line to wait but it's wearth it. The desserts are wonderful, it's like going back in time!
Excellent pastries in a pleasant setting and air conditioned (when it's 33degres outside)
Service a little speed Parisian and a little noisy atmosphere because of the high ceilings.
A good tea room
Close to the Louvre, the location is good, it is a good place to rest, the price is expensive but acceptable, after all, it is still a brand dessert shop
Setting a little kitsch, shall we say, but worth the detour.
Fast service.
Delicious African hot chocolate!
I feel like there are a lot of places that have better food but angelina has the reputation and the vibe. The food was good but I think a bit expensive
Finally had a chance to visit Angelina.
I had high expectations after hearing a lot about it and seeing the photos.
I must say that the Ice Coffee & Cake I had weren't really special & tasty.
The decoration just doesn't really look as posh as it is in the photos.
It looks a little ordinary with those tables and chairs, it makes the atmosphere boring in my opinion.
The sea bass was delicious, the crab cake dish was perfect, the pompadour was fabulous in fact everything we ate with the exception of the ravioli was perfect!!
Friendly service. Great atmosphere. The hot chocolate was excellent.
Sadly awful staff just ruined the whole experience.
A beautiful place that makes you travel back in time. The pastries are very good and the chocolates hot too. A little expensive but essential during a visit to Paris. Only black point: the wait can be long with often the tail on the sidewalk.
Best hot chocolate I've ever had and crossaint I've ever eaten. The bread with chocolate is also very good. I will definitely come back one day.
