I have never had hot chocolate this good! Wonderfu...
I have never had hot chocolate this good! Wonderful. They also have a good and dessert menu. We did try the macaroons and they were delicious as well.

Fundamental point of the Paris Chic!
Let's start by saying that the architecture of the place is astonishing, it seems to be catapulted into a mini Versailles ... golden frames, a wide staircase, frescoes, paintings and mirrors on all the walls.
The waiters dressed very elegant and always friendly, do not distinguish between simple tourists and people more "wealthy"!
We tried the hot chocolate, good but nothing special, two desserts, including a millefeuille, instead very good and delicate, a tea to the mind with oriental notes and a club-sandwich, with considerable dimensions and according to my exquisite sister-in-law.
Prices are high (about 8 euros on average for hot drinks and 9 euros for desserts) but to be Paris and above all for the beauty of this Bar / Pastry shop, I assure you it's worth it.
The only flaw the long wait for the table (40 minutes)
This is the best hot chocolate I have had in my life.
I feel like I'm drinking chocolate for cake mixes! The texture is quite thick, I love it! I will come back for sure
In addition, the saleswomen at the counter were very nice and pleasant
Beautiful place but the prices are excessive and the quality of pastries is to be reviewed. Very touristy place
No complaints the white mountains are stunning decades later
Typical Parisian pastry, elegant refined where you can enjoy a delicious and revisited classic Mont Blanc at the table! Obviously the pastry shop also offers other pastries like macarons and delicious hot chocolate!
This is a tourist spot that is totally worth the visit regardless. MAKE A RESERVATION!!! You get to walk right past the line and enjoy the tasty treats. I will say, I'm not sure it is worth a +1 hour wait. If you make a reservation, which Angelina makes soooooo easy, then this is a total must for a visit to Paris.
I got it as a souvenir, but it was the most delicious chocolate ever It seems that it has not landed in Japan, so I am looking forward to expanding into Asia from now on!
A Must Seen while visiting Paris. Try the bite chocolate and a mint blanc. You have to try it and a time machine will send you back in history for 150 years.
The most sweet place in Paris !!!!!
The atmosphere, the setting and the flavors - the best combination in Paris.
No taste on the pastry worthy of a real frozen range like Paul or the golden brioche a little pride anyway we are a country with real pastry chefs with a fair know-how you have to change and make quality especially with your range of price !!!
Great patisserie, the Mont-blanc is simply delicious!
If you want some of the best hot chocolate on the planet or your sweet tooth needs some attention this is the place to go!
It's not cheap - but at least have a hot chocolate!
One of the nicest and most delicious dessert places in town. I highly recommend this place. Even if there is a line out the door - and there often is - it is worth the wait. Be sure to pick out a few gifts on the way out too. The hot chocolate is simply out of this world.
Somewhat disappointing. This place is packed with tourists and very few locals. We ordered their signature chestnut cake (mont blanc) and hot chocolate. Both were much too sweet to finish and also overpriced (25 euros for 1 small cake and 2 hot chocolates)
Fabulous. The best chocolate drink, hot or cold, you will ever have!
An excellent place for a takeaway hot chocolate. If you want to sit in the restaurant or eat pastries inside booking is essential or you will need to queue. There is a stand outside usually selling the hot chocolate or you can buy it and enjoy it in the park. It's too rich for one person finish!
Nice place where the service and the dishes are of a very high quality.
Is it because I ate pistachio mont blanc, not just blanc?
I would always buy some macarons and walk to Tuileries and eat it while I write. They re classic flavours but still very delicious. I could eat it like chips if I don t stop myself...
Stylish, pleasant place. Great century decor particularly appreciated by tourists. Style a bit quaint but not unpleasant. Price up to the myth, that is to say rather high.
Mythical chocolate still too sweet. Too bad for the "real" amateurs !!
Always a pleasure to taste the pastries of Angelina. They are delicious, a delight for the taste buds.
Nice environment, hot chocolate is amazing, mont blanc is a bit too sweet
Delicious Benedictine eggs. Montblac only if you like whipped cream
This is place is always slow in service, been here a few times, the service staff is so poor in their service level...always need to ask to take order and also to pay you need to ask a few times.
A Parisian must for tourists to play tourist. It has lost quality. It is very expensive. Very expensive. But I like to go for fun.
The hot chocolate is yummy and so are the macaroons. Whilst the sandwiches and mini pastries were decent but not outstanding. The atmosphere and the famous for being famous element is what makes it an experience.
Have the nice glomorous feeling of Vienese cafes. Sadly pretty crowded and crammed but once you passed that great pastries and hot chocolate. Also have a little shop if you want to take away a nice souvenir home.
As usual. High class for service and. Regal for the taste buds
509 Reviews and 117 Photos. Everything is said ...
But I suggest you take a takeaway and go feast on a bench in the Tuileries garden opposite ...
What can I say? This is heaven! Literally the best hot chocolate you can get in Paris as far as I am concerned. Too bad there is always a huge line.. Everyone wants chocolate
Fresh, homemade, good but overpriced for brunch and what it offers is the limit of the flight, the place does not justify this price. On the other hand, we will appreciate the desserts to take away that despite their prices do not disappoint. Better to put 2 more for delicious cakes here than 2 less in a bakery that serves under the Metro covered with fake handmade. Here the desserts are always fabulous even if the service is very unkind, the lady of the box is she cons so nice and warm that it goes back the note of the service to the maximum.
Mythical place ... invaded by tourists. It loses its charm.
The chocolate is good but very sweet, becoming disgusting.
The savory appetizers are not very refined.
I was disappointed.
I went with high expectations and they were still exceeded. Best pastries ever!
Even though they brough the wrong item ordered twice. It was delicious and the environment was great.
Quite pricey (8.20) for a hot chocolate but it was the best hot chocolate you can get, highly recommend this item!
Pleasant surroundings. A stroke of luck no waiting for me. The staff is very friendly and smiling and my breakfast a delight! Rates quite high but not surprising given the sector and the quality of the place.
Very enjoyable, hot chocolate and macarons were delicious!
Nice decor and looks like decent desserts, but they forgot half our order and then ran out of stock without apologizing... Also somewhat overpriced.
A temple of hot chocolate, medium savory lunch, magnificent service
Classy and great people working there. Food is great as well
Renowned for its hot chocolates and pastries, this lounge is just .... OUF !! I recommend :)
Great service, but it is pricey which is understandable. The desserts were delicious and service as already mentioned was on point.
Good atmosphere, variety selection. Stunning restaurant in design. I ate onion soup - endearing. There were better places.
The best croque monsieur de Paris. And for dessert a thousand leaves or an eclaire of chocolate!
Good afternoon tea, but sometimes you need to line up... Napoleon's millefeuille is great. There is a Tuileries garden on the edge. You can take a walk.
High price for breakfast, but quality products and quality service
The temple of hot chocolate.
However on my last visit the chocolate was a little worse than usual. Hence one less star ...
The crowds ??? Over 20 minutes of waiting !!! Or the strikes ??? And less fresh milk ???
But hey ... the setting remains exceptional.
Excellent breakfast ...
Charming places
Incredible hot chocolate, desserts, and sandwiches. I might have diabetes after that much sugar. Totally worth it.
Haaaa Angelina better chocolat chaud Afrique I've tasted in life if there is better I do not know ... But Angelina TOP 10
Amazing! Everything on the menu is delicious and the hot chocolate is absolutely amazing. Try mixing the dark and white hot chocolates
MY FAVE PLACE IN PARIS! AFRICAN HOT CHOC AND A MONT BLANC. TRIFFIC!
As I'm sure everyone has told you get the hot chocolate and don't share!!!
Quite busy and pretty rude service (especially in the shop), but amazing pastries and great tea
Best hot chocolate I've ever had. Expensive and touristy though. Very busy.
Fancy dessert cafe (also has a lunch menu) with attentive waitresses. Be prepared to wait in the line getting in. The place is huge and nicely decorated yet the lack of natural light makes the atmosphere a little gloomy. Very touristic so expect lots of loud noice too. Yet the desserts are very delicious. The prices are high but the overall experience is enjoyable.
Service is slow even when not that busy. Too much sugar. Too sweet for most of their things. And did I say they are slow?
Great setting, nice waiters and hot chocolates are by far the best in Paris
A magical place and delicious pastries. Not to mention the extraordinary chocolate.
Wow! Amazing! The hot chocolate is a little too much for me but perfect for the "gourmand". The brunch is so good, I think it is my favorite place un the city.
The "brioche au pain perdu" is awesome. Believe me you have to try it.
I will definitely come back.
Beautiful dining room. Most perfect quiche I've ever had - large chunks of ham in a softly-set custard with a very flaky crust. Hot chocolate that will make you swoon with delight. Small shop where you can buy pastries, teas, etc. to take home. Only downside is very tight seating arrangement. On my favorites list!
A little wait but it is worth it it is refined and excellent. The setting is magnificent
Went here mainly because of all the five-star reviews. Unfortunately I have to agree with all the three stars people. It's expensive, decent though way too sweet. I really believe people buy all the hype; kind of like Rolex wearers.
