Worst company in which I have ever worked. Owner is completely detached from the pulse of the company. Sales & Engineering group are renegades that do not want to work together in a system. Lots of "out for me" mentality there. Disorganized and quite dysfunctional organization. Be aware.
This company is so much better than Primera plastics. They treat you with respect when you apply for work. And they do not discriminate against women that have skills!! I have applied at this company online before . And even went in to talk to them about a production job. And got much respect from them. I would work for this company any time.

This is a cleaner, light work factory. It's pretty laid back and they offer free soda. Some of the negative things would be the pay, the insurance, rasies.
