Bob in Customer Service was horrible. No customer service attitude at all. Rude. Cold. Treated me like I was a clueless, suspicious subclass citizen. Subsequently I called my GMC dealer here at home in Michigan who went out of his way to help me resolve the claim issue. I have family and friends nearby this dealership and will ensure our business goes elsewhere.
