We had a great time here. Something for everyone. From go-karts and bowling to laser tag and even a 4d ride. Rope course and so much more. Definitely all ages, families or even young adults. I took one star away because the games are way too expensive. We bought a groupon which came with a $10 play card, but with games being most 1.50 (some even $2), gives you maybe 6 games. We didnt want to buy more games because we felt it wasnt worth it. Everything else was great! Beats going to alot of other places because of their options

Very nice facility but the car are not very fast you can stay on the gas the entire time.. if everyone knows how to drive all you will do if follow everyone in a circle... if you try to race and bump or cut inside and hit someone who is trying to block you they will stop you and slow down your car so you can t compete... 4 people for 3 races that are only 7 minutes each was $260.00.... the best track is track 2 but still way to slow an crazy expensive

Lots of cool stuff to do here! I did the adult go kart track and it's one of my favorite go kart experiences. The track was really fun and long (multi story), the road was slick and clean making drifting possible, and the karts were very fast, even when going up inclines. Be aware: these karts don't have power steering so you really got to put some muscle in if you wanna make sharp turns. My arms felt like spaghetti after just one 7-minute heat!

As for other activities I didn't get a chance to try any of the VR activities but they looked like fun. I did get a $20 game card to play some of the arcade games but there really wasn't a lot of games I was interested and 1 play costs at least $1.10 for every game. Honestly I should have spent the $20 on one VR game instead of a half hour of Time Crisis and snowboarding. So what I'm saying is skip the arcade games and focus on the experiences you can't get elsewhere.

I'm rating 3 instead of five because even when my first two visits were awesome my last visit a couple of days ago was horrible, bad thing about it was because I was waiting so bad to take my family who lives in California so they can see that we have premium family entertainment over here, but none of the games were working, of course the place was busier than usual but not enough to be that bad, I bought 5 cards to my family and we couldn't use none, the place is very good but they may have to take care of those network issues, o hope they don't fail me again today!

We came here to ride the go karts, but had to wait about an hour, which is fine because we played the arcade games to pass the time.
The game cards have a money value, rather than credits, so when you play a game, it costs money on the card. This means that you might be left with $0.35 on the card at the end, and you can't do anything unless you add more money. A credit system would be easier where you can add enough credits to play, and don't have to have any left over.

The quality of the games is good. We had a fun time playing them. The major downfall is when we were picking out the prizes. The employee, Amber, acted like we were wasting her time. Her name tag said she was a "team lead." I hate to be THAT person, but I'm a manager where I work, and someone in a higher up portion should not treat customers like that. For most of the time we were interacting with her, she was staring down at us with her arms crossed, not saying anything, just glaring. The couple times she did speak, she was snarky and rude. It wasn't like we had annoying kids or anything either; our group was 4 adults.

I'm usually very forgiving when it comes to mediocre customer service, because I know working in the service industry isn't fun, but the service was so bad. She seemed like she was mad at us for making her work at her job.

Aside from that, the go karts were good, despite other poor reviews on them.

This place is a good idea but very pricey and the go karts for 9 year olds and younger are just a simple small L track and not worth the money. Our son was bored on it. We had more fun on the outdoor tracks on I drive

Way to expensive and you don t get your lap times after you race, they told me it would be emailed to me. As of this point I have still not got that. They should have a wrist band that includes all but video games, but instead they try to rake it all in by charging high prices for everything.

Great place. It's like Dave and busters on steroids, which means it has everything Dave and busters have, PLUS bars(2) go karts(of course), bowling, great rooms, they even have simulators with VR.

Great staff that are very helpful. All the attractions are easy to find and accessible. The tracks are great in length with some opportunities to pass into corners and straights. Depending on the track, side by side action is common and opportunities to catch the driver in front are plenty. The races are decent length, where the races feel just long enough to be satisfying, but short enough that its quick to hop into another race without waiting forever.

The food was not tasteful in the sky bar area. Issues with the card kiosks and lack of attentiveness to the long lines and customer service. In comparison to Dave and Busters and even NASCAR on I drive , not my 1st pick. Experience based on my 1st time going.

This place is a joke. Got there at 1, told us our race time was at 1:50. The kids finally got on the track at 2:25. The lanes are quite narrow so kids kept crashing so there were continuous hold ups. This was on a Friday during the day. I can t imagine what a weekend would be like. The rest of the place is great, but I wouldn t do the go karting.

It s basically a nicer, bigger, albeit more expensive Dave & Busters. It has a bowling alley, 2 bars, a restaurant, and of course, the arcade games, race simulator and indoor kart.

My main problem with this place is that they give you a card like you get at Dave & Busters, and you re supposed to get a discounted member price on the simulator and the kart. But you don t. Not unless you get in the long line non-members have to do to sign up. Your member card doesn t get recognized at the automated charging stations.

3 stars overall due to the high prices and the average customer service. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to stand in line just to add money to my card and get the member discount price.

This place has everything! I attended with a group of 25+ and were scheduled for bowling, go-karts, and laser tag. A designated staff member moved us from activity to activity and ensured we were well taken care of.

Electric Go-Karts - surprisingly fun and not as drab as expected. They can kill the power remotely so there'll be no hooliganism here thanks very much. A little pricey actually, but you get what you pay for.

As a first time guest we had no real assistance on how to purchase, what to do for carts, laser tag etc. We spent an hour and a half trying to purchase a ticket package on their website and then use them at the cashier. Someone who helped us finally figured out how to expedite.

I would NOT recommend spending your money here the karts are slow . And if you have any kind of racing background you will be disappointed. Go to Orlando Kart center where the karts to 50+mph its outdoor and much more fun. Spent almot $300 to take my friends and family and I wish I could have every cent of my money back. Also Orlando Kart center has better pricing. This place is you typical tourists rip off spot on I-Drive. DO NOT GO!

Fun! Fun! Adult Fun! This place is 10 times bigger than Dave and Busters and 10 times more to do. If you have a group of friends this is a place to visit at least once ever so often. The VR games were also a blast. Oh and the food is well done too. It closes at one so go a bit early to get the full experience.

Great place to go indoor go karting and beat the heat while you re at it! The choice of arcade machines is pretty standard, but they do have a good selection of VR games.

I wish they enforced social distancing while waiting in line to pay. People were standing way too close to each other.

Great facility. Custom service could be better. They had package deals but when one was broken down they wouldn't let us switch or modify the package so we didn't stay as long as planned. They wanted to charge the package for 3 rides with one broke down. We ended up only doing go-karts once before leaving.

Was a pretty cool place, super packed but they did however close games down in order to maintain social distancing. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the building and cleaning is done effectively. Only complaint is mask are not mandatory in the building. I personally wore due to the surge of people but it was not enforced, or rather I saw no signs of masks mandatory.
