Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Review

Great attraction area and so much to do! I like the go kart better than k1. Everything is reasonably priced and if you do go, definitely do the simulation race and laser tag!

This place is really cool. There is a lot to do (bowling, arcade games, indoor go-karts, laser tag, ropes course, food, and a bar). The prize store is a little small and sad. It lessened our desire to play games when we saw there wasn't a large variety of prizes from which to choose.

Still, I had a good time. If you live nearby and enjoy yourself here, their membership is probably worth the price.

Honestly so much fun, a thousand times better than Dave and busters. Good games.

Super fun place! We had the best time on the go-carts. The food is amazing and the drinks are better. Everyone at the bar was extremely friendly but Dumont is by far the best thing to happen to the place. He is amazing and deserves a promotion/raise!!

I had a ton of fun driving those cars in doors. I was not expecting the cars to move so fast. Great for anyone.

Amazing go karts, price was a little heavy for the experience. Overall cool place to game, kart and rope.

Perfect for any day regardless of the weather. Has a really cool zipline, high rope obstacle course, go-karts, laser tag, bar, bowling and a lot of cool arcade and 3D games.

The staff here is all super friendly and helpful. The activities are a little more on the pricey side but not ridiculous. The go carts are so much fun while being safe so that my kids can enjoy them as well. There is something for every age group to enjoy, which they will zero in on right away. Also the food here is better than expected. Try the fried chicken wings with lemon pepper seasoning, trust me.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Though the line was long to purchase race tickets it was executed quickly. All of our interactions with the staff were great and the food was well prepared.

And absolute blast. I've gone to many kart tracks and this was the best run and most fun of all of them. Track two and three are so different but both are super fun.

Good food cool games I didn't like the go karts for one simple reason they have full control of your speed when there is a crash I felt like u waste more time stopping than going if that is the case they should add laps to your race if they are slowing you down every minute I would do it again with groupon price not full price

Fun location though pricey. They Stated the reason The prices are high is because you're getting state-of-the-art go-karts and safety. The tracks aren't the best so it's Not a place I will go out of my way for but enjoyable if I have to go

The car racing was fun and the virtual reality was a blast.

Big place with an awesome gocart track! If you're looking for a night of arcade level fun, you can't go wrong with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.

Very good place to have fun, play, eat, have a drink but above all to drive electric karts. The system is good and the cars are in very good condition, the staff is friendly and everyone helps you. The bad: the food is not so good and the prices are not stratospheric nor are they agreed with what they give you. The prices for the races are not an incentive to come followed. In Mexico similar systems are less expensive and with the same quality.

Outstanding place to visit. The tracks are great. Very well maintained carts and track. Bowling was priced well. Great fun

HORRIBLE! My family paid $105 just for 6 Rides! Can you believe that?! I would recommend going to Dave and Busters for more cheaper prices This place is only for Rich people.

Half the VR racing sim machines were down so that doubled the wait and since it was spring break also limited to open wheel race cars not even close to evenly matched w one another (example Ferrari f15 vs old lotus from the 60s both open wheel "Indy cars". Other than that same as always a bunch of kids running over your shoes.

This place was AMAZING!!! I had so much fun at my friend's birthday party!!! I totally recommend going here!

Not too bad. Thought I was gonna race through all the floor levels but turn ot there are 2 level you can race. And alot of arcade games.

For entertainment at a family level. This is the best dollar value.

This place is fantastic. So many different experiences to behold. Go karts, VR Racing Simulstors, the newest, best arcade games from racers to kiddie games that dispense tickets for prizes. This place is the 'now' of arcade and amusement centers. Full service restaurant and 'Sky Lounge' serving beer and wine that you can walk around with. 10 lanes of bowling too!! Defiantly worth a pit stop when your in Orlando. The staff is very friendly and assists with all needs. Has corporate meeting space too!
Just Do It!!

It was ok. The hype adds draw you there. I will say they had great selection of video games. But the wait time to race was over 1.5 hours. The place was super crowded and loud. I was not impressed with the race track.

Today s experience was completely unacceptable. After arriving with 2 of my friends, one of them being their first time, and spending over $250, I was very unsatisfied. Our races were being cut short and our carts were being slowed down more times then we had full speed. There was an activity going on with more than 300 people. No warning of any sort to let us know that the races were going to take awhile or be cut short. After the second heat and the continued neglegance, my friends and I proceeded to the office to speak with a manager. Tyler, manager in charge came to speak with us. We explained what was going on and how we were being punshied for other racers inexperience and bumping and all sorts of things going on. We explained to Tyler after having so much fun on other occasions, today was unacceptable and that we just wanted to get a refund. Tyler had offered us 1 race just me and my friends and another free of charge. Unfortunately, we declined the offer because the huge party of 300 guests were still there and we didn t want to risk our races being cut short. Tyler offered a full refund at first and after he left for a few minutes and were solid on our decision about the refund and leaving, he only refunded us for the race we didn t race and didn t even offer us a rain check or anything of the sort to compensate for our bad experience. Out of curiosity, we had asked Tyler how my friends and I could race just us on the track. He stated that we would have to purchase all 12 slots at $50. It doesn t make sense when he offered us 2 races just us on the track. Nice job Andretti. We won t be seeing us again.

My wife and Just left the facility. Online the ad says rush hour bowling 4:00pm -7:00pm for $5.00 a game. I spoke to the manager and we told that ad is for the Merrietta location. On the website it clearly says Orlando. False advertising!!!

Great food and very entertaining. Waitress was awesome. Will definitely return.

This place has potential to be great. Its the staff... if there's poor customer service people are not going to want to spend there monies there. Also there not cleaning the equipment properly. My son rode the go-cart and he wore the helmet thats provided. They use some sort of disinfecting spray on the helmet's but their spraying the spray on so fast and short that it's not properly disinfecting the helmets. My son caught a ringworm on his face where the helmet touches the face. They have a protective garment that covers your hair. Which makes no sense. We've been to several go-cart places and the garmet covers not only the hair but the face as well. Its a preventative.

Staff means everything. They were extremely disorganized, some were RUDE and in desperate need of customer service training. I felt as if I worked here myself. I gave my kids the direction on every ride except the vitural games. One particular staffer name Carlos he works upstairs with the intermediate go-carts desperate need of customer service. Your staff can ruin your a business. Please get them properly trained or new staff members.

Pretty dang fun but they penalize everyone for the actions of one! Cost me the title of fastest lap, slowed my car down on my fastest lap ever!

Found this place by accident when our plans changed for the day. Very clean and excellent laid out place. From go-carting, to video game to bowling. Best of all, they serve beer and alcohol. Prices aren t too bad either.

The VR games were to pricey for the amount of time they give you and some of the equipment wasn't working. The food was ok but the service was slow. To be honest , I will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

We stopped in here on a whim after Top Golf to check out the go-karts. It is much like a Dave and Busters with an arcade and bowling, but also a multi-level go-kart track.

There are some great happy hour specials on drinks and bowling. Go-kart track was not very big but fun with our older kids (to drive the main track you have to have a permit or license).

We only encountered one issue and that was confusion with the cards and using it for the virtual reality car racing experience. The main reason for giving this place 5 stars is the help and service we received from the manager Tyler...it is people like him who make people want to visit again. Thank you!

We showed up as an impromptu party of about 30 at the restaurant. They greeted us happily, rearranged the furniture to accommodate us and proceeded to serve us in a timely manner with unexpectly great food. Made our night. Thanks team.

loved this place , it has everything for the family, arcade machines with virtual reality arenas, bowling, and indoor karting, be prepared to spend some money though! they have a couple bars and cafes too

Omgosh I have been slepping on this place. Our kids had so much fun. Note to self, buy the membership. It costs lots more to do everything separately. Our kids are competitive so the go kart racing was right up their alley!! Will definitely go again and again!!!

Gino, Jim, Pablo, Tiffany and Denerick was very nice people. Need more staff like them.

Fun for all ages, affordable and great food. Their picture booth was fun but I would suggest my options and better backgrounds.

We waited for a ride only to hear "your ride starts in 13 minutes".. I got back in 10 minutes.. the worker said "oh we don't have the smartest workers, you have to go change your time first..." (I went to change the time) then I had to wait 30 minutes for the NEXT ride.. why would you tell me I could race in 13 minutes then say...No wait, you have to change the time and in total then, wait 40 minutes!... (when this could have been discussed from the very beginning..)

It was a great place to go with friends and family.
