Ordered some underwear; however, after 2 weeks and 2 attempts (via email) to get some answers, I still had yet to get anywhere. Finally, I called customer service for them to tell me in a matter of minutes that my order was lost in transit. When I requested they send me a replacement, they said the color I wanted was now unavailable. I get that things happen, but their customer service and shipping need to be vastly improved upon. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
You can not exchange an item that you purchased for a different style without paying additional shipping. You can only exchange for a different size in the same style you ordered. Why would anyone ever try a new style from this company??
Andra Group is a terrible place to work and shop. Any good reviews are employees that are asked to submit a good review. There is absolutely NOTHING good about this place.
This review is specific to HerRoom. I placed an order 4 days ago. Two of the items were on back-order so I expected the rest of the order to ship. That is usually how it's done. None of the order has shipped, and Customer Service refuses to respond to my inquiries. I have emailed them 8eight or ten times with no response. I will avoid this business in the future. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even read their emails!
Worst job I ever had..!!! I know every job has their issues but in this case, there was a meeting for an hour and twenty five minutes about the drama that has been going on in the warehouse. I never returned back.
This review is specific to HerRoom. If I could give 0 stars I would. Abysmal Customer Service. These people are practically thieves. Luckily I paid with PayPal, so I should be able to file a successful claim. I've documented most of my attempts to work with this company concerning a lost return using the label provided by Her Room. They actually told me that even when using their label, it's my responsibility to make sure the package arrives at their warehouse. How in the heck am I supposed to do that? I guess next time I should just drive a few states over and hand deliver it.
Extremely disappointed.
I was a repeat customer. No more. I ordered a package on January 3. They do not offer delivery with signature or package insurance. On January 8, the tracking said the package was transferred to my post office. Days pass. On January 13 it says the package was delivered. It was not; I was home and received all my mail. I ask for assistance and am told that I can file a report with USPS but they will not resend or assist me in any way.
