I was badly damaged by Allergan. After breast cancer I was given an Expander Natrelle 133 PLUS MV. Through research on the Internet we found out that this product is manufactured in Costa Rica. We were not informed about it. Allergan refuses all extrajudicial payments for the cost of removing the expander. Dr. Thomas Decker, attorney at law at Allergan, states: "However, it remains to be seen that the expander, the ...." was CE-certified both at the time of implantation and at the time of explantation...I cannot say any more about the facts at the moment." Allergan has lost its CE mark, so these products must NOT be SOLD IN EUROPE MORE. Allergan was asked by the French authorities ANSM to recall its products. Allergan should be ashamed to further damage women who have had the battle of breast cancer and to continue to damage them financially. I am sitting on 10.000 EUR costs and am no longer able to work - not even to be held responsible.
@Elfriede K - Allergan's CE mark hasn't been extended due to BIA-ALCL concerns only - country of manufacturing is completely irrelevant here. While the earliest case of BIA-ALCL ever recorded took place three years after implantation, tissue expanders from 133 range are not permanent and HAVE to be removed and replaced with a permanent implant once they do their job - usually several months since implantation. For your own safety!
Furthermore, ANSM clearly stated that there's no need to explant Biocell implants since risks of another surgery outweigh risks of contracting BIA-ALCL.
Allergan did not damage you in any way shape or form, doctor google did.

If there was as way to give a zero rating I would. A company that avoids contact with members of the puvlic, takes billions in.profit and is unable to provide a steady supply of FML.
Allergen say they are a caring company but they withdrew their product LACRI-LUBE in September after some complaints about black particles being found on the nozzles of some tubes and this has left Dry Eye users "high and dry". They
have ignored all my requests for information on their "Contact Us" facility. It must be time for this Company to be held to account for their failures.
