Had some issues with the AC unit on move in day & had some issues with the main thence staff trying to get someone out to fix it but Patrick, he s the man! Got in and out in an hour with my AC fixed no problem. Not sure why it wasn t fixable on Thursday when someone else came out but THANK YOU PATRICK!!
My husband and I have always wanted to build our own home. Once we moved to Lexington we researched the different builders for about 2 years. We were very specific with what we wanted in our home and weren't willing to budge on several of those items. Multiple builders refused to do our exterior selections because they said it was a risky color choice. Anderson communities did not hesitate at all with our selections and was more than willing to do them! I will say the process of picking out our selections and determining what worked with our budget was challenging but Robert Miliam was there to make everything easier. He made sure our questions were answered and that we understood everything that was happening. He always sent us updates on the progress and several times even sent us photos! Little things like that really went a long ways with us. We will continue to use Robert in the future and recommend him and Anderson Communities to anyone who is looking to rent, buy, or build a home.
Austin and Madison are a Dynamic Duo. They took Great care of me. Madison was very sweet and informative through the whole process. Made me feel important and at right at home. YOU'D BE SILLY IF YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM TWO!!!! Thank You All and God Bless Y'all!!

Brandon who is with maintenance and John who is in the office are both fantastic - both are extremely dependable and truly care about all of us tenants here. They both take great pride in their job as it shows!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY RENTING FROM THEM. They do not care about you, they will not respond to you, and they will take your money. Dryer did not work for 6+ months of the lease, and took that long to get a technician out to it. Any issues you bring up are either disregarded, or literally never get replied to. You can forget about trying to email them either, they are not going to read it. When you leave they will take basically every cent of your security deposit, even if you spend almost more than the security deposit on small repair equipment just to make sure you return the house in the best condition. Our house was not overly damaged, and even where there was damages, it was slight, and we took extensive care to repair. Then they will write you a check for a handful of change, and you cannot cash it. Literally the worst rental company ever, please do not waste your money here
Kaylee Cross was absolutely amazing to work with. Kaylee went way above and beyond to ensure our move from another state into a house sight unseen was as smooth as possible. She answered all our questions dealt with me being concerned about various things. She went to the house took a video for us to see what the house actually looked like since we were unable to see it in person, she made sure to meet us the day we moved in and made notes of items that needed repaired.

My five star rating is for the maintenance staff that works during the weekdays. Patrick was relentless in making sure our air conditioning would finally work before he left. He did everything he could and fixed the problem. Lori is also always helpful and empathic when there's a problem. Anderson Communities needs more people like them who get the job done with urgency and consideration.
Great builder to work with. Selling agent, Rosemary, was fantastic. She was on top of everything and made the transaction very smooth for the buyers. Jon Mike was outstanding during the walk thru. I will definitely refer future clients to looking into building with Anderson
