My husband and I have always wanted to build our own home. Once we moved to Lexington we researched the different builders for about 2 years. We were very specific with what we wanted in our home and weren't willing to budge on several of those items. Multiple builders refused to do our exterior selections because they said it was a risky color choice. Anderson communities did not hesitate at all with our selections and was more than willing to do them! I will say the process of picking out our selections and determining what worked with our budget was challenging but Robert Miliam was there to make everything easier. He made sure our questions were answered and that we understood everything that was happening. He always sent us updates on the progress and several times even sent us photos! Little things like that really went a long ways with us. We will continue to use Robert in the future and recommend him and Anderson Communities to anyone who is looking to rent, buy, or build a home.
