Very nice hotel with a lot of services (4 stars superior).

The STAFF is very polite and helpful (e.g. during our staying, the hairdrayer stopped working and after few minutes the staff brought us another one) and it is available 24 hours a day.



The international BREAKFAST buffet offers a manifold of products, so it is suitable either for italians and for those who have international culinary habits. So you will find milk, coffee and croissant with jam (delicious homemade jam) , honey or Nutella (of course the coffee is not the short and strong one used by italians) and you can either find sausages, salmon, ham, eggs and so on with a good quality.

The ROOMS are quite modern and offer the comfort of the high level hotels (the shower is very big and new) but there is no bidet. The only thing is that the rooms and the hallways could be cleaner, but it is a small minus.

Good hotel. I was here on business. As accommodation on a business trip great. Big clean rooms and a huge bathroom. I was very pleased.

We wanted to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we ended up in a queue several times by phone in the restaurant and at the reception. Once someone even answered and immediately hung up again. Not at all. We then easen somewhere else

We have been coming to this hotel regularly for a number of years and that is for the reason, very friendly staff, modern, clean and quiet rooms, rich good breakfast, top location of the hotel. Keep it up!

We were blowed away over the lobby area. So beautiful and tastefull and nice place to sit in and hang out with children. There could have been more coffee serving in late hours or small beverage.

The staff in lobby were very friendly and helpfull and professional. Only but, when we checked out, I was confused about our depositum by creditcard, I didn't understand what was going on. The staff there didn't speak well enough English. We had paid the stay in advance and a depositum when checkin inn, I didn't know about the deposit, it was okay my husband had the money, but I didn't. And that could have been a problem with no money for Berlin. Overall though a very pleasant stay, and we would like too come back. Hope you can use my answer constructive

Great hotel Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. You can only recommend the hotel again and again.

Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with the stay in this hotel. The first, gigantic impression (lobby) could not be kept, because, if you looked closely, you found, that a lot was very dirty. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned by the previous tenant (probably not toilet), the toiletries were not replaced (were already used), there was a thick layer of dust on all furniture, bedding was full of hair and smudges and the remote had no battery cover. The staff was very nice and courteous and after I complained about the defects, I was waived the parking fees for two days hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was ok. All in all, the stay at this hotel was disappointing. Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and well equipped. The wellness area was nice and absolutely sufficient.
The only drawback was that the cleaning in the hotel wasn't really thorough. Partly dusty shelves in the rooms, stains on carpets and processes.

Great very clean hotel. Very modern decor so not for those looking for a more traditional hotel.

Excellent customer service, good breakfast service, room was clean and tidy - and it's situated close enough to an S-bahn on Landsberger Allee which makes getting around the city of Berlin as easy as can be.

The hotel employees made our staying so wonderful that we did not "noticed" them at all. Everything was in front of us before asking them. This hotel employees are a nice example that good employees make succesful employer, and a succesful employer offer the best services. Keep the nice job going!!!

Room clean, unfortunately I missed the breakfast. Very nice staff. The bed was very comfortable.

Tidy four star hotel in the outskirts. Nearby there is a tram and S-bahn stops. The top-floor Skybaarista good views.

Beautiful hotel. Very large, but well cared for! Breakfast is varied and sufficiently available. Refills quickly. Good thought has been given to the design of the hotel. Really top hotel! And nice people. Distance to the center is easy to do. You can reach Alexander Place in 20 minutes by tram.

Upscale amenities and the Sky Lounge is unbeatable.

We were from 3. to 4. 5. 19 for a concert in Berlin and had booked this hotel. We have to say this was the best hotel we have ever booked. It was very clean, very tastefully decorated and the staff was just great. We were completely spoiled. We also booked the lounge and we have to say it was one of the best choices we made. Many thanks to the team of the hotel and keep it up. We will definitely book this hotel again when we are in Berlin.

This is a really lovely hotel with really pleasant staff and great transport links. I have stayed here twice now.

On my second visit I was quite annoyed that the 'mystery gift' for not using housekeeping after the first night was ... an apple. Especially, when they are readily available in the breakfast room and in reception! It meant there was absolutely no incentive to choose the green option for the rest of the visit which defeats the point of that scheme.

After the second night Housekeeping provided only hand towels but no bath towels. This was easily rectified by Reception but was mildly inconvenient at the time when I was trying to have a shower.

The shower partially flooded the bathroom every morning because the sealant must not be sufficient along the floor.

The main issue I had with the room (280) was how loud the railway line was which was immediately outside. I got in quite late most evenings so I was unable to change rooms at that time. But the bed actually shook and vibrated every time a train went past; it really disturbed my sleep for the three nights. It was a shame as this was my second visit to Andel's and I was keen to return here after last time but my first visit last year was much more enjoyable so I am not sure I will return in the new year. Thank you.

A modern and nice hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and pretty. The bathroom is particularly beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Great location with metro right outside the front door. Breakfast in the room is available for 5 . My point of criticism: the breakfast buffet. The food tastes good, but the coffee unfortunately does not at all .. reminds more of a gas station :( The staff at the buffer looks overwhelmed with the many people and it can get tight. Sometimes you are not asked if you want a coffee. Breakfast in the room is highly recommended :) Generally, a great hotel!

Stay in Berlin but prefer another hotel. Drain of the sink was broken. Duvet should have been renewed.

A huge hotel. Clean and tidy like a hotel. Because of the size but also confusing. Every corner, every corridor looks the same, which makes orientation very difficult. The parking garage is overpriced. There is plenty of free parking next door behind the Aldi.

The reception, entrance lounge, housekeeping, roomservice staff were perfect. The hotel is located perfectly. I will be suggesting Vienna House Berlin to all my friends and coworkers. Please write the instructions for the place and use of minibar and boiler. Thank you very much.

The hotel was fine. We went for a swim meet and the location was perfect. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were great. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be to add wi-fi.

Well located hotel on the S-Bahn ring and tram directly into the city center.

Except for the fact that the hair dryer in the bathroom would have to be replaced, all top!

It was my third time at Andel's and this time I liked it better than usual. That may have been because this time the room was a bit bigger and therefore really much space. But the room was a bit far from the elevator - labyrinth? Also the breakfast was very good again-top quality and top selection. The hospitality was great! I felt extremely well. I'll be back!

We had a lovely weekend at your hotel. The room was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Staff all over the hotel was helpful, smiling all the time, and nothing was too much when we asked them something.

Hotel very careful, something away from the center, but with very good service. It is worth going up to the 14th floor to have a drink and enjoy the views of Berlin at night. It has a large area of events to organize all kinds of business events

One of the best hotels in Berlin. Outside the center, but close to the excellent public transport system in this city. Very spacious, nicely furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. The bar, on the top floor, offers a nice view over Berlin. But the drinks there are well priced. You can walk better around Alexanderplatz, a 15-minute tram ride away.

Good hotel on the Landsberger Allee with tram stop right outside the front door. Rooms are very modern. However, not everything is perfect. e.g. The bathroom door was not closed and it smelled unpleasant due to the shower drain. Were too short to see if the deficiencies were resolved.

The staff were really nice and friendy and the hotel in overall was clean and beautiful. But we were not satisfied with the cleaning of our room. It's not nice to find clothes or copy of passport that belongs to someone else. We asked for the cleaning and even after it they hadn't cleaned under the beds.

We also noticed that during the breakfast the staff clearly have their own task to do. I think in general it was well organised but then we noticed a problem when I tried to order a latte macchiato. I asked two different person and they both told me to ask someone else. Finally I saw a lady in a black suit and I went to talk to her. She took my order and after a while the coffee was brought to me by a person I first asked for the coffee.

In general the hotel's location is very good and the staff were helpful.

Very friendly reception. Clean rooms. Free coffee and tea in the room. If you do not clean your room, you get a little surprise :)

We had from 31.10. until 04.11.2017 two double rooms in your hotel (rooms 438 and 257)
In room 438 there was one of the down comforters and in room 257 both covers were totally clumped together. That means, the filling of the blankets only in individual quilted areas and completely clumped there.
For a 4 star hotel this is an imposition for the guests.
In addition to the lack of sleeping comfort, it is also a question of hygiene when duvets are in such poor condition.

We are completely satisfied with our stay! The simple yet noble design of the rooms and the whole hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, a clean room and a comfortable bed. Not even the city noise you could hear in the hotel :). I was particularly excited about the idea that you can hang a bag on the door to indicate that the room does not need to be cleaned. On the one hand, this is very sustainable, because I personally do not find the daily room cleaning eh necessary, on the other hand you have as a thank you for getting a little surprise in the bag.
An underground parking space is also available if required. We are completely satisfied and say thank you again for the nice and relaxed stay!

We have seen a total of 5 rooms, including 2 junior suites, all were dirty, 4 times hair in bed once leftovers under a sofa cushions. Reception very friendly but totally helpless. After all, it was canceled for free. NEVER AGAIN

We had booked 4 rooms through a third party and although only 3 rooms were reported by this provider, we were given all 4 rooms without comment. And even as one would like us to have them on one floor. The whole stay was so easy. Thanks also to the employee who helped our elderly gentleman to the toilet in a predicament. :)

Perfect hotel to explore Berlin from here. We had a De Luxe room that was simply equipped with everything and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good and very extensive. Wifi signal was also good and you could park under the Hotel. The Tram and U-S Bhan are on the doorstep and the public transport tickets for day, and 48 hours can be bought in the lobby from the Concierge.
On the 14th floor is a bar where you can sit and you have a very nice view over Berlin. The hotel is spacious as a whole.
Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English.

Minus according to my wife was the hair dryer. It was way too hot so you could easily burn your hair, it only had 1 setting and that was "on". But that didn't bother me :)

We wanted to rent a seminar room for 2 hours. Costs were announced to us on the phone, 50 euros
The hotel then estimated 250 euros - I find that more than cheeky.
We then held the meeting in the lobby.

Berlin is worth a trip, this is a very nice hotel, the breakfast is very tasty and is always replenished because in the street you can take the tram in all directions to Alexanderplatz and there are a lot of shops to shop and from there from you can go on bus S-Bahn and U Bahn

Very nice and modern hotel. Staff very nice. One was welcomed and treated like a friend. To emphasize is Mrs. Maiwald at the reception. Keep it up. Room excellent. Beds or mattresses great. Air-conditioned. Absolutely quiet ... go.
Unfortunately, the service in Maveriks was rather annoying. One was geduzt from the beginning. There were always commands. "First this, then that!" It's frustrating.
The food was unfortunately mediocre. Food rather cold. Portion for a main course way too small or too expensive.
Hotel great ..... Restaurant Maveriks bad.
Too bad. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
