Disappointed with the communication. I was schedule for an installment of drivers mirror and program key. Rep. Said it take about an 1hr for mirror to be installed . Dropped off vehicle at 1100am and waited until 3pm . Rep never did a courtesy call to let me know mirror was on back order. Now I have to wait 2 weeks until part arrives
