When you need them they WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU. I had my choice of companies but was talked into going with this company, and I regret every moment of it! We filed a claim, it was for lifters. We were in full parameters of our contract. Because of the cost, the denied the claim and cancelled my policy. Leaving our family in the wind. Don't use them it will be a literal nightmare you will it be able to wake up from.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY TV FIX FOR 2 MONTHS AND EVERYDAY I CALL AND THEY TELL ME DIFFERENT STORIES. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. THREE WEEKS AGO THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD ORDERED ME A REPLACEMENT FOR MY TV AND THAT I SHOULD REVEIVE IT BY MAIL FROM AMAZON. I CALL AND ASK WHERE MY TV IS AND THEY DON'T KNOW. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS COMPANY. I NEED MY TV REPLACED OR SEND ME A CHECK. SUPERVISORS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I had to take my car in for repairs and when the car company looked up our warranty information he could not find it, that was the first issue. We paid around $350 for damaged coils that needed repaired because we needed the car fixed right away. Once we got all the paperwork we sent it in to Amynta and they sent us a refund for $96 dollars. I have talked to and emailed multiple people asking why we didn't receive the full refund, minus our deductible ($100) and was never provided a solid answer. They said they would only pay for one coil which was defective. The car place stated that they had to replace all of them because the coils were different and would not work together mixing the new coils with the old. I asked the car company for the paperwork stating that and emailed it to Amynta and they said there was nothing they could do. I am not happy with the quality of the warranty that was bought and the customer service is horrible as well. Do not invest your money or time with this company. Not worth it! If there was an option for no stars I would have done that!

I wish I would have read these comments before purchasing their GAP Insurance for my vehicle. 5 months ago my vehicle was stolen. Filed a claim and just today they came back with "a payment was sent to your lender for 10% of what is still owed to them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I had a feeling this was a complete scam when it was taking them so long and they kept pushing for my All State Insurance to revise their appraisal and pay more to the lender. Even then I'm still $1000 short and 5 months in, paying interest on a loan I could have just paid off, had I known they where going to pull this number. What a disgrace that they ROB people like this. I hope more people come and check the comments out so they know not to fall to their scams. I will be filing a complaint and will make sure to blast them on every single social media I can so people are aware what a joke they are and how they just take your money and will never have your best interest at heart. SCAM! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM.

Avoid this company. They are presently doing everything in their power to drag out our GAP claim. Car was totalled in September. Its mid-December and we're now in some type of review that drags on forever. When I checked on the claim in November, they said it would be 7-21 days to settle. Haha. We're well past that and calling them just gets you the run around. All I want is the coverage I paid for. It's taking longer to settle GAP than it did the actual insurance. Do not do business with this company. Find someone else.

They tried to send my repair shop a used part that couldn't even be installed in my car. Then a week later they told my repair shop to just install the one they could get at the local Ford dealer and they would pay the difference. My shop installed it and everything is working good again on my truck. BUT NOW my shop only got paid off the original invoice when this company supplied the used part and it DIDN'T pay my shop the correct amount. After my repair shop tried to get a hold of someone there and no one returning their calls, they FINALLY after a month got paid OVER A $1000.00 LESS on the final invoice. My repair shop has had it with trying to get ANY money out of this rip off company and is going to EAT the over $1000.00? My shop did a great job but they also will NEVER work with these people again and they have been in business for over 20 years and said they have NEVER had problems like this with an aftermarket warranty company. Someone legal should look into this company and their fraudulent business practices. BEWARE!

Do Not BUY their GAP. Their so quick to sale it to you but when it comes time for them to handle your claim they do not have any interest and will not even return your calls/emails. My total lost was in August. My insuranced processed everything and about 3, 4 weeks later I called them to get my claim started. I filled everything out and sent it in. Didn't get a reply till a week later saying it was incomplete. I called in, the assistance couldn't tell me what was missing. She sent it as a request for information to her supervisor , and a day later they accepted it. (Without any changes made). Its now November 7th and my loan bank has called that I need to continue my payments or my account will be sent to collection. I have been calling this group and even sent an email last week to get information on wht they have not paid, or even so, gotten in touch with me. WHAT A SCAM! These are extremely tough times and I have two under two, and a home to continue to maintain, and having to worry about and extra 700 payment, because this group isn't doing its job. Never Again.

I had a car that was a total loss last October in 2020 and my insurance said that they would handle the GAP insurance so I thought I was done and come to find out in late February that Amynta needed more paperwork which I got them but it was too late according to them. So now I m stuck paying for the rest of the car instead of something I was paying for that was supposed to protect and help me . I ve tried calling to speak with a supervisor but I get the run a round saying that the supervisor will call me back which has not happened yet . I m very unhappy with this company on how they have dealt with my claim and give me the run a round on the phone and all they can tell me is that they have all the paperwork but it got to them too late so they are out of the loop and I m stuck paying the rest of the loan . Not happy with the company at all and wish the other people good luck .
