I had a car that was a total loss last October in ...

I had a car that was a total loss last October in 2020 and my insurance said that they would handle the GAP insurance so I thought I was done and come to find out in late February that Amynta needed more paperwork which I got them but it was too late according to them. So now I m stuck paying for the rest of the car instead of something I was paying for that was supposed to protect and help me . I ve tried calling to speak with a supervisor but I get the run a round saying that the supervisor will call me back which has not happened yet . I m very unhappy with this company on how they have dealt with my claim and give me the run a round on the phone and all they can tell me is that they have all the paperwork but it got to them too late so they are out of the loop and I m stuck paying the rest of the loan . Not happy with the company at all and wish the other people good luck .
