Horrible company. All the negative reviews are correct. Horrible commissions rules, horrible atmosphere and the high up executives are so corrupt it is shameful. Any under the table practices that were directed to be done by the high ups, all of a sudden they have no idea what happened when there are investigations done and corporate tmobile inquires about stuff. A shame.. Not worth the hassle.

The worse EVER! No one is to be trusted not managers not district managers not even HR! You can be the most qualified for the position and instead they will hire family THIS IS NOT TMOBILE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU

My wife works for this company and she always says this is a awesome company to work for!!

I had the worst experience working for Amtel. They are so corrupt and do things to screw customers and their employees. The employees take the phones that customers trade in and never applied the credit. It was awful. To make things worse, when I left, they screwed me out of my commission check. After countless calls it was delayed an extra 3 months. What should've been a $1700 check I got $250. They said it was due to cancellations and returns. Which was bs. I rarely got any of that when I was working there. I later came to find out from my old coworker that the store manager instructed them to use my dealer code for all returns and cancellations. I've contacted The Labor services on these scumbags... They'll deserve what's coming to them.

I continue to go to the store because I live in Yukon. Almost every time it either takes forever or they can t fix problems. They really need to work on customer service. It would be great if the store was open at the posted times.

This company is one of the most dismal and non-loyal companies to work for. The company runs off of speculation, random accusations, libel, and slanderous comments. The HR chooses favorites and gives select special favors monetarily to certain employees. They do not offer the same benefits to each employee. Management picks and chooses whom they like and do not like. The company often will refuse to take care of T-Mobile customer issues and will refer them to Corporate owned retail stores in lieu of helping the customer with his or her problem. The upper levels of management have all fled OshKosh and have all started to migrate to Amtel, LLC. Management make up fake and false accusations that can not be proven and will retaliate against any employee whom follows procedure and guidelines. There is quite a bit of internal SHRINK and employees along with select managers will band together to cover up theft tracks.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I recently left the company because I was moving cities for school. I put in my two weeks in and left the company in good terms. I was expecting my second to last commission check yesterday and I did not receive it. I contacted payroll they informed me that I was not going to receive my until 6 months because I didn t completely the month. Last day I worked was July 29th because that s how I was scheduled by my manager I clearly stated in my two week notice that my official last day was in the 31st. Upper management had already made the schedules that had me working the 29th and off 30th and 31st they were well aware that my last day was the 31st. I am not being affected by something that was out of my control. Now the commission check I was supposed to receive was from what I sold in June. I don t understand how they can t pay it to me on time if they already held it for a month for chargebacks. Plus they said I forfeited my July commission check because I didn t finish the month. This is not the first time they do shady stuff like this. I talked to other ex employees that I meant while on the job and they also state they did not receive their commission check. I ve worked for different third party companies like this one and this is by far the worst one! They are extremely shady!
