They've always been fair, friendly and their rates competitive.

It s been almost three weeks after the storm and am still chasing mmg for a claim I made for my destroyed roof. Very very fraustrated.

An insurance company s worth is not determined until a claim is made. An auto accident that was not my fault caused me to be without my vehicle for close to a month, and my out of pocket cost was greater than MMG decided to pay. This may have been due to the fact that the other driver also was insured by MMG.
I was contacted by 3 different adjusters, only one of which was an employee of MMG. A State of Maine police report, that was available the day after the accident determined tat I was not at fault and could not have prevented the accident. I pay substantially more for my auto insurance through MMG. when renewal time comes around, you can be sure I will be shopping. Why pay more for poor service

My opinion of MMG is that they are a bunch of lazy, apathetic, automatons, who lack even the most basic critical thinking skills.

Really wish I could rate 0 stars! These people are terrible! Do yourself a favor and get a better company to insure your assets!

No communication from my insurance rep, I had to contact them several times just to get a task complete. The company works with terrible adjusters; 1 falsified a report. Overall terrible experience.

Do not recommend for auto insurance. Very hard to get a hold of adjusters and hard to work with.

I took my students here for a tour. What an impressive building, staff, and business!
