Every home I live in will be equipped with Amsco windows. All their windows are high quality! The only time I tried reaching out the Amsco directly, their staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend these windows to anyone!
I finally found a stamp on my windows that says AMSCO, and I've been waiting to write this review on how BAD the quality of these windows are, and I used to sell windows for a living. The seals are broken on half of the windows in our house where the glass has actually separated from the frame, including the sliding glass door. We have four windows where the weights and/or springs have completely fallen out. Our house is freezing in the wintertime. These windows do nothing to keep the cold out. In our bedroom, we have to cover them up with thick insulation foam during the winters. One of our neighbors has the same windows, and they have several cracks. We have some that will only open halfway and get stuck. I'm really disgusted that the contractors who built these homes (and sold them for up to $400,000) chose such cheap windows to install. It is going to be really hard selling our house without replacing all the windows first. Completely disgusted.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had some broken track pieces to a vertical open window, they were able to easily pair me with all the parts I needed including ones I didnt know I might have needed. Before leaving they even explained how to install the parts. Thanks amsco for the help today, windows now work like they are new.
I love my Amsco windows. I ve had them in the last two houses I ve built. They look good, work great and don t break the bank. I had a small issue with one window and they were awesome about getting it fixed. They stand behind their products.
We purchased our AMSCO windows from Trish at Solar Window and Door. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and which windows would be best for us. We have noticed a huge difference in the way our house looks and feels. We are so happy with our AMSCO windows and would recommend them and Solar Window to anybody who is looking to buy new windows.

Used for years on my houses because Amsco is who my local window store uses. They are constantly sending out wrong sizes or broken windows, or forgetting one window on the order for a whole house. I ll we get in response is- well stuff happens . They won t rush a replacement, won t compensate in any way. Horrible service. Nothing special about there windows compared to the hundreds of other brands out there.
Terrible quality. We were unfortunate enough to purchase a home with AMSCO windows installed when it was built in 2008 and more than half of our windows no longer close properly and AMSCO only honors their "lifetime warranty" if the home is never sold. If you want windows that will last more than 11 years without expensive repairs, avoid AMSCO like the plague.
Horrible place to work. They don t even pay you if you work and decide to quit. It s kinda depressing here as well.
We are doing a renovations and we were introduced to Jared at Idaho Falls Valley Glass and he recommended a Amsco window for our bathroom window. I was very impressed with the timely manner in which the window was installed, and the quality of the window is superb and we are extremely happy.
They run a tight ship there. Windows industry as a whole is so problematic!!!
AMSCO makes it look easy! Other manufacturers could use a lesson from AMSCO.
AMSCO Studio Series vinyl windows are being used in our new house that is currently under construction by Ivory Homes. I'm rather disappointed in the quality of the AMSCO windows that went into the house. Actually, in all fairness, I should clarify that I am disappointed in the quality of the positive action locking mechanism on the windows. It is cheap, flimsy plastic that feels like it is going to fall off, gets stuck easily and doesn't open or close very cleanly. The house isn't even complete yet and there are several of the locks that have broken off just from the little use they have seen from the contractors. It seems a shame to ruin what otherwise seems like a decent window with such a cheap piece of hardware. I'm hoping that we can replace these with the cam locks and that it won't cost us an arm and a leg to do so.
Have several damaged windows that are under warranty, but trying to get this company to fix these windows seems impossible. My wife has made numerous call, poor customer service we can t seem to resolve the problem..::
We received our AMSCO windows from Chris Marshall at Western Windows Sales & Install in San Diego and were very pleased with the quality of our windows and installation. Chris was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I don't get why you guys have 4 stars it should be one cause your counter team or whatever you call them is the laziest people I have seen we walked in and a guy was leaning on the table drawing on the table the other two where just ignoring everybody one guy was just flipping through papers not really doing anything and we sat outside for are order that was two windows for a hour and a half this place is a joke I don't get why the company I work for orders from you people
We have been looking for new windows for our house for a couple of years but not finding a company we felt comfortable with. I am so thankful that we found Solar Window and Door. From the beginning to the end they were wonderful. Trish was so great in telling us what our options were with no sell pressure. The install was great and professional. Clean up was great. We love our new Amsco windows. We can already feel and see the difference. I will use Solar Window and Door for all my window needs.
Not happy with product or customer service. We've had to replace five windows in four years in a brand new home, due to leaking seals between the thermal panes. Seems the "lifetime warranty" policy has changed since our last replacement -- now they will replace the glass, but charge a fee to come out & verify the problem, as well as an installation fee. Wouldn't recommend Amsco to anyone -- we're going with another company.
