Not happy with product or customer service. We've had to replace five windows in four years in a brand new home, due to leaking seals between the thermal panes. Seems the "lifetime warranty" policy has changed since our last replacement -- now they will replace the glass, but charge a fee to come out & verify the problem, as well as an installation fee. Wouldn't recommend Amsco to anyone -- we're going with another company.
