Extremely nice and the people are very,very nice and knowledgeable

Smiths is exactly like Kroger from the east coast. Nice chain grocery store, had good selections and cheap gas! Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I can never find anything I'm looking for and there's never an employee anywhere to be found to ask. If you happen to see an employee they're basically running past and make it a point not to look at you so they don't have to talk.

The bakery is completely disorganized. They have sections in places that don't make sense. After I spent 10 minutes looking at the bread I finally saw the first employee (besides the girl literally yelling for people to come get a free sample of sushi) and the worker told me to go to Isle 4 for the loaf of garlic French bread I was looking for... so I do my shopping and go to check stand four and there is no garlic bread, just French bread... all the while the girl giving samples of sushi could be heard on the soda Isle (opposite end of the store) and after 20 minutes I was annoyed.... Probably a one star experience, but I'm trying to be nice today...

The in house Starbucks didn't have my Starbucks drink of choice, the barista didn't have time to ask what size I wanted for my drink and they didn't take my credit card. Thank you for reminding me why I don't shop at Smith's, and for make the start to my day horrible.

I love shopping there. I love buying at the bakery the red velvet cake and having them put extra icing on it. They do such a great job for me. They put the icing around the outside edges and more on top. I wish I had taken a picture before I ate most of it but maybe you can see just from what I've leftover for next time. I also love the coupons that they send me.

Since renovations last year, Smith's is now a favorite store to shop at as their selection has grown. Awesome!

Smith's is more upscale than, say, Walmart, and consequently has better variety on a range of items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good sales!

Went to Smith's this morning at 12AM and all the doors were locked. It says that they are open till 1AM and I saw workers inside. If you are no longer open till 1 you need to change the times and if you are open till then, you should actually stay open till then.

They are so friendly and willing to do anything for you. Every check stand has a bagger and they are all willing to help you with your groceries. The pharmacy is great the people are willing to do anything to help keep your cost down. Thank, Smiths!!!

Could use little cleaning, produce boxes all over the place and no employees working on them

Love the set up and the many options available here. Really love the sushi area. Sometimes I come here just for the sushi.

I love shopping here. Every employee I've ever met is super personable and is always willing to help and have a good laugh with my husband and I. Employees are all wearing maks, carts are sanitized, and there are some good social distance practices in place. However, all of this great effort on the employees' part is undone by not enforcing mask rules on customers. Many times, my husband and I go in and we can count on one hand how many people are wearing masks, excluding ourselves. I'm not shopping here or changing my review until masks are required for the safety of employees and customers alike.

Great place great ppl. I like the upgrades they've done. And the new hires they have added. Sushi bar is amazing. I still think that the Deli is waaay to overpriced.

They have almost everything you need. But I won't comment on the employees because there are a couples that thinks there better than everyone else. There sushi is good my daughter and I get it every chance we can. Lots of good food.

It's a great store if you can find what you're looking for.

Its recently been remodeled inside and I just love what they've done with the place! Plus the staff is always pleasant, which I really appreciate.

The store has been through a great remodel this year. They now carry specialty items such as foreign cheeses, sushi, and upmarket deli meats.

I just went in to get some steaks for mother's day. I found some that weren't too expensive. Prices on meat are ridiculous anywhere.

Smiths has always been pretty decent to me. I tried to work for them got in interview hell she straight up told me I had the job so I went home an waited for more information well I guess she called once and I missed it and my phone glitched and didn't tell me she left a voice mail until I had gotten another from someone else. So I called her because here I thought she didn't get ahold of me and meanwhile she couldn't even bother to call back to tell me she gave the job to someone in the store and basically said goodbye didn't even tell me what this new position was that obviously opened up. I'm actually very disappointed I've never had someone say I had the job and then do this.

They Do Require that you wear a Mask ... & They Do Sanitize the Shopping Carts after each use to keep you covid Safe, You can get just about anything you need here.. It's Clean, & the staff is Friendly, & a Huge Selection of Products, there is a Bank & Located inside the store..

My girls love the free fruit. They call it the free fruit store. I never liked Smith's as a child but they've gotten so much better

Constantly having deals. Points are great for fuel and the workers are mostly friendly. Parking lot can be a bit chaotic but the New Sushi bar and Starbucks are a nice edition.

I love Smith's but this is one of the friendliest ones I have been to. They always ask me if I need help out and seem willing to help.

Its the best grocery store in town. Their produce is always good. My only issue is I'm having a hard time setting up my new smiths card. I'm not sure if that's a store issue though. Prices are fair and everyone seems to like their job great place to shop.

It s a quality grocery store, but the real gem here is the ready made pizza from the deli section. Unique combinations, delicious taste, and inexpensive prices. Come order your pizza, go do some shopping, and in around 10 minutes it ll be ready to go. Fantastic

I like coming here. You always find things on sale and you get coupons sent to you that you actually use. You also save on fuel when you by grocery.

The best staff I have talked to at a grocery store. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone above a beyond for me. The selection at this store is good, and the store is kept clean and tidy.

The biggest complaint I have about Smith's grocery store in Brigham City right now is that little ornery management lady up front all the time

I went 2 Smith's 2day 4 my weekly shopping trip. I have always been greeted when I go there. Well 2day I stood at the deli for a good 5 minutes and was NOT even acknowledge there was 3 people behind the counter and nothing. So i left.

Newly renovated; good floral dept; good selection and good prices.

Their salmon looked very fresh and they had a good deli.

I LOVE my Smith's! The day before Thanksgiving, I went shopping at 7pm. They had people restocking produce, extra employees throughout the store to answer questions... they had everything I needed and more! BEST STORE EVER!!!
