Amrutha Castle Review

They have reopened this place 1 or 2 months before but the service is very slow as they have limited staff. The location is really good as all the famous places are nearby, like Charminar, NTR gardens, Lumbini Park, Tank Bund etc. They need to do painting and repair work as rooms are not that good. The water heater was not working hence we had to call the room service to get a bucket of hot water, 10 minutes wait time for one bucket.
The food was not up to the mark, they really need to replace the cook and hire some good chef as most of the guests were complaining about it. I had ordered Dal - Rice, Manchow Soup all dishes were having some ingredients missing, like the chef forgot to add salt to Dal.
They have Gym, Spa and swimming pool on 5th floor but due to current crisis currently not in operation.

I can understand for the slow service due to current crisis but they need to raise the standard for their food quality.
I visited this place on 10th December 2020.

For a grandeur the building owns it's toilets are stained, broken, smelly, surprised how health inspection is evaded, no WiFi, tea when ordered in-room comes in a open tea cup with a disgusting film of fat over it, no intercom facility, mobile number of staff shared which they hardly pick up all calls have to be routed through reception, guess when your works get solved thereon, only positive feedback is they have lift that works really fast, nothing better to talk about. It's just sorry state of affairs, very disappointed.

Poor service, hell a lot of dust all around, lot of mosquito's, air conditioning is too weak, when asked for, manager says that the vents aren't working, you would have sat at other place... nonsense, how can we change the seat mid way while eating...Bottled water is being charged 53/- that too of Bailey make, where Maximum Retail Price on the brim reads 20/- that too of room temperature. I really wonder if there is somebody to check and monitor.

This castle is a great place to stay with family, real comfort, class and elegance. Stayed for 4 days along with my wife. A Wonderful experience. The Rooms are big and cozy. The shower in the bathroom is really awesome. The hotel staffs are very friendly helpful and co - operative. I am impressed.

Superb & antique (castle) place to stay but its very old and requires some maintenance.

It's one of the best hotel to enjoy the holidays. Rooms are excellent and washrooms are neat and clean with sufficient amenities. Bed rooms are well furnished and decorated. Dressing mirror, flat television, large windows, central air conditioning, swimming pool at roof top though not open due to covid, gym, restaurant and bar with excellent room service. Staff is dedicated to the guest comfort and trained hospitality professionals. Elevators, laundry, store etc are available.

I had great experience there, It has ancient Castle like ambience and decor which make it completely unique in many ways. I enjoyed in pool too. You'll get so many background to click photos for instagram. Overall good experience.

Nice castle themed hotel in Hyderabad. The major usp of the hotel is its amazing exterior view which offers striking similarities between an actual castle. Hotel has a quite a decent looking top roof swimming pool.

Pros: External View, Pricing, Location (400 mts from Hussain Sagar lake), Food ( esp Chinese Fried Rice & Chilli Paneer), Room were basic but neat, ample parking space.

Cons: Service needs a pull-up, interiors can be improved greatly, furnitures need a fine touch, colors of wall don t match like that of castle, no room Freshers or mosquitoes coils

Tip: Everything is chargeable if you exhaust your complementary Tea & milk sachets etc.

It is situated right below Birla Temple so location wise its an awesome retreat.

Worst hotel ever they don t have any facilities as they mentioned... bathroom is very dirty they don t have hot water.. they don t even provide mineral watereven it s mentioned .. such a idiot reception they don t have firstaid kit for emergency.. till mid night its soo disturbing with loud noise music will be going on.. sorry to say its not at all for family people worst ever. It was Pathetic experince
