Went to this place to get maintenance parts for a mower,the usual oil filter ,oil and air filter.the guy who attended me was rude and unwilling to help because I did not purchase the mower there. He finally decided to help me and when he gathered all the parts needed he gave me a price of $226.89 for oil, oil filter and air filter. Now mind you I paid $399 for the mower brand new. I nearly chocked when he told me the price. He went on to tell me that if I didn t like the price I could take my business elsewhere. I will never stop by this place again.this guys are crooks and the above price for maintenance equipment shows it

I have been doing business with sw mower for years...

I have been doing business with sw mower for years today was the first time I felt uncomfortable shopping upon arrival I had a weed eater that needs to be repaired I have to drop Weed Eater off in back. I then proceeded inside to price new weed eater. I was followed around the store by an older employee. After she watched me as if I was going to steal something, she ask one of the guys behind the counter to ask me if I needed any help. I had planned on buying a new weed eater but found better price at Home Depot and better service. I'll pick up my weed eater that I had service tomorrow that'll be the last visit from me

I had a very bad experience with one sales person ...

I had a very bad experience with one sales person (lean and with beard).
I had bought a primer bulb two days ago thinking I should fix my issue of my edger. But it did not fix. The cost was $3.32 (3.07 + tax). So I called them whether they accept return of the same. I specifically informed him it is open. He did not have any issues for returning as long as I have receipt for it. I do not know who answered the phone.
But when I went there to return, it is whole different story. He accepted the return and gave me back $2.25. But when asked why the difference, he answered arrogantly "there is 15% restocking fee you should not return such a small item and it will not pay for the gas". Then I asked him to calculate again for the 15% . He do not want to do that and want me to get out of his store (he took 33% restocking fee). Then I told him I had called before coming here. His answer is " I am not the person you talked and now you get out, I will open the door for you, Never come back"
More than the money his attitude and arrogance of the sale person pissed me off.
I did visited them a couple of time before and I had good experience with other sales persons.

Went in today to buy a mower. I had a couple brand...

Went in today to buy a mower. I had a couple brands that I wanted to look at. Salesperson was able to answer all my questions. I ended up buying a Honda mower. They filled the new lawnmower with oil and put gas in it. Started it up to make sure everything was working and help load mower into my truck. You can't get that type of service from the big box stores

Great Place and very knowledgeable on brands they ...

Great Place and very knowledgeable on brands they deal with. If you go by with an off brand piece for parts, most of the workers have been there so long they know the parts they carry won't work for all brands. On top of that they don't deal with aftermarket parts like most dealers so everything is OEM.

Always have fixed it right... I took my dads stihl...

Always have fixed it right... I took my dads stihl weedeater that he bought from northern tool less than 2 months ago to them. Northern tool at the meadows place said they don't have a technician to fix equipment told me to go off of I45. ...uh no let me find a stihl dealer closer which was sw mower and they were great from start to finish .. fixed the weedeater in the same day even !!!!
