The store is nice one of the men that works behind the counter is rude and a jerk

Crystal was absolutely AMAZING! She is kind, helpful and wonderful to work with. She was patient and together we found my perfect dress. I would highly recommend her and Amherin s to any brides looking for their perfect dress!

I'm not one to write many reviews but when I receive excellent service or find a wonderful store then I want others to know about my experience. If you don't want to read my whole review then just take this one piece of advice. You can be like me and feel the need to still check around many stores but atleast do yourself a favor and stop by AmRheins because you will not be disappointed with what they have to offer.

I recently was looking for a wedding ring and went to multiple big named stores. After looking at so many rings I couldn't find the perfect one. The nice rings required a larger budget and the quality dropped drastically with the rings that were more cost friendly. When I walked into AmRhein's I was greeted with a smile and was immediate welcomed by Tom Sells. The first thing I noticed when I looked at the diamonds they had to offer was the high quality and clarity of each diamond no matter the size or shape. Tom explained to me that their outlook was to offer the best quality diamonds at every price point. This to me meant no matter which diamond I went with I would have the best diamond I could afford. On top of that I was looking for a specific style of band for my wife's wedding ring, which out of their huge selection I couldn't find the exact style. Which wasn't an issue because they have a Master Jeweler on site to create and design whatever you can come up with.

I'll finish with how I started, you don't have to take my word for it. You can be like me and feel the need to still check around but atleast do yourself a favor and stop by AmRheins because you will not be disappointed with what they have to offer. I truly couldn't be more happy with the final results, along with my wife and everyone else that has seen the ring. I guarantee you will not find a more friendly and welcoming staff than you will work with at AmRhein's.

Went to all the bridal stores in Roanoke. Had the best selection. My consultant was Nicole, very warm,helpful, and not pushy. Had a great experience.

I love working with AmRhein s Fine Jewerly. Paula has assisted me in designing 2 rings and a necklace and they did a beautiful job!!!

Tremendous personal service from a tremendous company. Their personal service and personal touch make my experiences special. I have even just gone there and said I don't know what I want for my wife and they always come through with the perfect gift idea.

Horrible experience with Tom and Paula. Stay away. Our ring was late for our anniversary with no call. We found out of the delay by calling one day ahead of our 7/4 anniversary. Our amethyst that was replaced by a diamond was sent out for polishing and cleaning. On August 20, we went in after numerous phone calls over a 7 week period. Tom walked out with the ring, not polished or cleaned. Paula and Tom did not apologize for either situation. To me, I do not think that the amethyst that was sent out was the amethyst returned.

Juanita was super friendly with plenty of smiles and great customer service. She was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

Great people there got deal there get you money worth

I have had an outstanding experience. They were very busy the day I arrived. Jason Hooker, Store Mgr greeted me and spent several hours with me designing a special ring along with several other items I putchased. While he continued attending other customer needs as well.
I also had the pleasure meeting and working with Thomas Sells III, General Mgr. I highly recommend. this team & jewelry store. Can't wait to go back when my custom ring is ready.

Paula went out of her way to assist me with a vintage ring, she suggested converting it to a pendent and I love the finish product, it looks amazing and was completed on time. I received wonderful customer service and will return to AmRhein's when I need jewelry repairs or purchases!

I came in this past week for just measurements. Your Bridal consultant Lindsay went above and beyond in helping me with my inquiries and needs. Every consultant should be as knowledgeable and caring as her. The fact you all offer the service without purchase is great! Your local competitors are flat out rude and unwelcoming to the notion (David's Bridal). Your alteration recommendation of Lynda Sampang is spot on and she does amazing work for a reasonable price.
Word of mouth is free advertisement! I will make sure I pass on my wonderful and top notch experience with everyone I know.

AmRheins is the last jewelry store I would ever recommend to a potential customer ...the customer service was the poorest I've ever encountered specifically the Southwest Roanoke store and a Mr. Thomas Sells, IIl. Unbelievably rude!!! I got the feeling he enjoyed it...Mr. Sells was going into explanations of the low quality of diamonds I had in a ring I delivered to him to appraise. I let him go on and on down that road and if only he could have seen his face when I announced the diamond ring was purchased at AmRheins. I would highly recommend Frantz Diamonds or Haywoods, but for such a competitive market there's really no room for the behavior of Mr. Sells...leaves little to desire from AmRheins!!!!

Poor customer service. With two employees behind the counter: I was not greeted when I walked in/ practically had to play twenty questions to get any information/absolutely no attempt was made to make a sale or show interest.

I started my dress search at Davids Bridal in Roanoke Va. They had a lot of beautiful dresses but none were what I was looking for. AmRhein's was my next stop. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and I talked to Annabelle, the sales lady about what I was looking for and she led me right to it! She was very helpful and friendly. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with! It was perfect.I also found a veil there that really completed the look! This store has everything you need for your perfect day! I pick up my dress tomorrow and I am so excited!

AmRhein's was my first stop to look at dresses and I found the one. Crystal was excellent to work with! Great customer service and willingness to get you in the dress of your dreams!

Had a David Yurman ring fixed there and when returned the stone was sunken in. I had to take it to Fink's to be repaired. They also kept a Tag watch for 5 weeks and then returned it without being repaired. They will give you nothing when trading in, then mark up your piece 300%, Don't repair or trade in pieces here.

I cannot express how wonderful a person Lindsay Brown is. She was so understanding and intuitive about what I needed and was looking for in a wedding gown. Not only was she very informative, she made me feel confident and beautiful in everything I tried on. Thank you so much!!

Couldn't find the style of ring I wanted anywhere. They were very helpful ordering the specific setting I wanted and building it for me! They were respectful of our budget and didn't try to push anything more expensive on us. Delivered a gorgeous ring in a timely manner! So happy with the service.

Service has always been great and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend theses guys.

We chose to taste wine instead of a weekday hike. Fantastic idea for a girls adventure day! Stacy was lovely, personable, and very knowledgeable. We just dropped in, dogs and all, and had a great time!
Picking a wine to buy was so difficult because they were all delicious. I thought I preferred white wine but I loved all the reds as well!

I was amazed at the responsiveness. I first contacted them via email and received a response within the same day. Brought my pearls for restringing. The job was done perfectly, at a reasonable cost, and ahead of the promised schedule (I would have be fine with the original schedule). Everyone is polite and smiling. I will return for all of my jewelry business even if I live one hour away.

Terrible! I was considering purchasing a wedding dress here but after my experience looking for bridesmaid dresses here, I will never go back.

They measured my bridemaids for me, but refuse to tell me there sizing. This woman is literally looking at the numbers in front of her face but refuses to tell them to me, because according to her, she doesn't want me to be able to purchase online or another store.

She said if I came in and purchased from them, I could have the sizes. Very selfish and uncooperative! My bridesmaids are plus size and Amreins doesn't even have the available size for them, and yet still refuse to give me information from my own bridal account!

We had made an appointment yesterday. The Wedding Dresses selection where limited. The assistant wasn't as helpful when it came to dressing my daughter. She seemed to look down on us. But if she had known the budget for her dress.was 10,000 I'm sure she would have been more helpful.. I only say this because we then had an appointment at Patina's and the service was top notch. The selection was four times or more amount of Dresses. And the lady was so helpful to my daughter. Took the Dresses off hangers help her . At AmRhein's she was left in the dressing room to do it for her self.

What a great place! They helped me size my ring while on vacation. Very friendly, helpful and fast service. They deserve more stars.

AmRhein's is by far the best place to get an engagement ring and/or wedding bands in all of VA. My wife and I could not be happier with the service from Tom and the rest of the staff. When I was looking for an engagement ring, Tom sat and talked with me about all of the particulars for over an hour, and he is always very responsive through email. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was even able to have my wife's wedding band made from scratch when they were out of stock, on less than two weeks notice. She is in love with her wedding ring and her wedding band, as both are completely unique and one of a kind. This is a classy place, and they are more than willing to work with cash buyers like myself. Being an old school guy, I know that none of the chain stores in this area would have been willing to operate at different price values for cash. AmRhein's is a family place that will work with you, and they have earned my complete confidence. I could not be happier with my experience with them. The lifetime warranty and unlimited free cleanings are simply icing on the cake. Listen to me guys, your bride to be will be disappointed if you choose to go anywhere else than AmRhein's, I promise!

To the people out there looking for different and unique this is the place to go! AmRhein s have a variety of selections and a great staff to work with! Not many jewelry stores have or carry emerald cut diamonds, but AmRhein s does! Highly recommend going here and getting quality verses quantity.
