Nice location but no open space and playing area for kids

Well provided gated community with indoor games facility and ample parking space. Lively neighborhood.

Nice apartments but quite Expensive. Maintenance is high but includes gym, swimming pool, tennis court, other indoor games. Peaceful place and the environment is like hospital.

Location wise nice, construction quality seemed to be bad with walls stained with seepage, saw two bedroom and bedroom sizes felt like pigeon hole. For renting one can consider for those who can accommodate themselves in compact zones.

once visited for a friend engagement and observed very nice apartments with a lot of amenities well connected with KPHB and hitech city roads, they will be located on main road

Very soon good shopping mall is open inside swan lake....

Best location to have a home...next to balnagar metro ..bang opposite METRO cash and carry store Kukatpally...all amenities near by..

Good facilities and maintenance, kids play area, badminton space, swimming pool - Gated community to live at!

Well located right in front of metro station. Decently planned housing community right beside the IDL lake.

Location is excellent. There is a mall construction going just besides the gate of Swanlake. Once it is done, it would be one of the prime location. More over the Metro is <100 meters from the gate.

Very safe accommodation , near to city before Kukatpally. Construction quality is reasonably good. Maintenance is nice & salute to Security people. Near from Highway , without the noise & air pollution problems. Visitors parking facility is very nice. Flats & lobbies are having good ventilation. Lifts are (always) in working condition. ( Being a Hyderabadi, this is something , very difficult to digest) Children play during evenings, even after, the period of three years of project completion( Similar projects are not sutable for the same, because of no maintenance)

Security is apt. Space utilization needs more attention. Staff and residents are a friendly lot

Good housing complex near Kukatpally. Looks old though
