Good society. But hence it's beside a dirty water pond, we will feel uncomfortable with mosquitoes. This is the negative point of this society.

Worst place for pet lovers and family with pets. There are lot of restrictions. Other than this internal politics in any gated society is common. But best place for feasibility of transportation. Lake view will attract our eye's.

It is a big multi stored apartments situated in Pune to bombay high way in pimpri chunchwade.

Amenities are good. Swimming pool, club house, children's play ground, indoor shop (daily grocery only), 24/7 security and Sunday vegetable bazaar. Good place to stay if you, but all properties have been sold. This complex is just off the road, so if you want a quiet location this is not probably your cup of tea.

I went Few big property like Lodha , cyber city and other property to buy flat.

After visiting Swanlake lot of different I made my mind set to buy any resale flat
