the apartment is good for security, amenities , and the location is very accessible to many offices and business districts etc

Finishing of common area is not at all'good. So high maintiance cost.

Located side to NH. Now a day's it renovated more. Liked it very much.

It is 16 stories 2 Tower gated community. It has rooms starting from 2 bhk. It has really nice maintenance and residents committee is good. It has wonderful clubhouse where store, banquet Hall, guest rooms, playing room, squash court, gym, swimming pool, boutique, saloon, 4 guest rooms. Guest room prices are very cheap for its quality maintenance. It has kid play area, tennis court, badminton Court, cricket net practice court as well.
