The refused to pay for post surgical care. They received doctor's orders weeks in advance but never contacted patient before surgery whether approved or not approved. Why not call patient if weren't going to approve post surgical care? No phone call back was ever received. Totally incompetent and negligent.So after care is rendered they refused to pay the home health aide with no reason given. They screwed over my poor health care aide who worked for nothing. They're are a mean-spirited company. They think people should work for nothing even though doctor ordered the post surgical care. They have no empathy. I contacted the labor board and Congressman and they were appalled they expect people to work for no pay like slave labor. It's Illegal not pay someone for labor. I called and they were rude and nasty. They made up every excuse in the book. They just don't care and believe in slave labor.
Keep denying my letters for surgeries.. weren t willing enough to fix the problem, they don t call u back you will have to keep calling them, if this is for trans community why make us go thru hell n hot water like society do us. Yea I m done I m going back to Health first
I called in urgent need of an in -network physician during business hours.( 10 am on a Tuesday) to be eventually prompted to an ANSWERING SERVICE that could Only take my phone number.(!) it is Now Friday and I NEVER received a call back:.... this is not acceptable. I had such hopes for AmidaCare based on word of mouth and stellar reviews but thus far it s been a disappointment.
