I have heen dealing with Amerisure for almost 3 years now after my auto accident. They have consistently given me the run around, their agents are always on vacation or out of the office. Infact I have had not one or two but three different adjusters dealing with my claim. Now after three years of a broken arm and two surgeries, I am once again dealing with the run around. Since May this time.
Horrible company. Can never get ahold of adjusters nor upper management. Was assigned to 2 adjusters who gave me the run around. Shady company.
Awful experience with Amerisure. I was involved in an accident a month ago and the driver who hit me was insured by Amerisure. Today was the first response I received from the adjuster after a number of voicemails and finally a voicemail left for their supervisor this morning.
What a terrible company. 3 different case managers, 2 adjusters, very shady company beware.
