Hard to speak to a person, couldn't get a billing account person

SCAM! I'm just waiting for PayPal to get my money back from these crooks. I wish like hell I could Yelp them but I couldn't find them in there. Ordered a mobility scooter for my mom and never heard from them again. This is why I use PayPal. Crooks Crooks Crooks.

I'VE ORDER THINGS FOR THIS CO. AND HAVE TO SENDED THEM BACK CAUSE WAS THE WRONG SIZE AND WASN'T LIKE IN THE AMEIRMARK BOOK . THEN THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU CREDTI FOR THE ITEMS THAT I'VE SENT BACK . OKYA I SEE WHERE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BUT JUST KEEP SEND ME PAYMENT WHICH I DON'T OLD AT ALL .

I have never had a problem with this company. Everything fits perfectly for me and my daughter. Yes its mail order and credit is available. Just pay on time. I have no complaints never a problem with this mail order company. I'm very satisfied with t hgt air service

UPADTE from 1 Star previously given. AmeriMark did not sign me up for the Easy Living, the company Time for me I ordered shoes from did. Two days into trying to get it cancelled, I called Time for me, chose the billing from menu. Finally Heidi was able to help me. The 3 stars is only because, I had to figure out for myself to call the company that uses AmeriMark easy pay to be able to cancel this 24.99 a month subscription. AmeriMark or Easy Living should have told me have to go company that signed me up instead of this crazy 2 days of frustration trying to cancel by what Easy Living sent.
* first review now updated* They signed me up for some kind of membership with Easy Living that charges 24.99 a month to your account. Packet I received from Easy Living says 30 day trial membership with phone numbers to cancel at any time. I have spent over 3 hours today trying to cancel this membership with NO success. Calling the two different phone numbers give to cancel I'm told have to contact AmeriMark to cancel. AmeriMark says they can not cancel have to contact Easy Living. However the address on the letter from Easy Living with Program Director Stamped name, is the address for AmeriMark Corporate Headquarters. After the first call, I chose to record the other calls with Easy Living saying they can not cancel has to be AmeriMark and AmeriMark telling me they can't cancel has to be Easy Living...apparently by the address on letter they are same company. This 24.99 a month membership is some kind of scam your billed for that can't get cancelled. I am filing with Attorney General Office.

I'VE had great credit then this past month had a problem on paying on the due date by 2 days they tried to double it for next month

I ordered 5 items on Dec.7 for Christmas presents. I quickly got an email confirmation of my order, and the status said shipping in 10 to 12 days. I am still waiting for my items to arrive. I have called 3 different times and have been told by customer service 3 different lies. And on last check my items are slated to arrive Jan 7. When I requested a refund all of a sudden. I was told that my items had shipped. When I checked online they had Not!! Please DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE LIARS AND CON ARTIST. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN. AND IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. AND THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE FOR COVID FOR THEIR WORKERS.Which I dont mind but really lousy customer service.

I received a phone call from this company. Was not available at the time.
I called the number back that had called me. Yen,who Ispoke to was rude, condescending and hung up on me.
I am done.

I ordered a purse for my mother in laws birthday.she can t use it because it smells like burnt leather. I got it on their credit card system it was a 39.00 purse I ended up paying 74.00 for it. I paid it off and they wanted to charge me another 14.95 for their card that I paid off!!! Don t buy from them big big rip off
