I've had a wonderful experience working for and with American Trust Retirement. The individuals are all very dedicated and helpful.

The most unhelpful, rude customer care I have ever received. Money and Investing is a confusing and difficult conversation and concept to grasp. If you are not 100% informed and educated, do NOT go here. You will receive no help. Unhelpful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Wonderful company to deal with! Very friendly staff easy to talk to! If they did not have a answer to my questions they always offer to find the answer or point me in the right direction! I would highly recommend American Trust Retirement to anyone to manage their retirement plan as a individual or as a company!!! You all keep doing what your doing!

Every time that I called I got a different answer! One person said one thing and another person said something else. So glad that I got a new firm envolved and they helped me get MY money out !

American Trust Retirement is an outstanding retirement plan provider! The culture of the team and dedication of the retirement plan professionals is among the top in the industry!

Easy to use website, you don't have to know anything about investing because the system will walk you through what your goals are, then will suggest what investments to use. I have made changes to my investments easily. Even during the pandemic the call center has been very friendly and helpful in helping to get set up/logging in and in answering any questions. The Quarterly statements are also easy to read and see investment performance.

The retirement account that you have with these people is your money!! If you need access to it, and you need access to it quickly don't count on it!! They tell you it takes 7 to 10 business days but in reality it will take no less than a month and you should be grateful! The guy on phone actually said this to me!
As he is telling me ma'am we ask for 7 to 10 business days. I say your office received the paperwork on the 10th it is now the 27th it's been 17 days.
Ma'am we need 7-10 business days from the day we release the money.

It has been almost 90 days since my previous company has went out of business. Every time I call it's a different story of why no distribution letter has been sent yet. This company is absolutely ridiculous and should be ashamed of how they operate. If you care about your money or sanity stay far away from these people!

Awful Customer Service. Do not place retirement plan business with this firm.

I have spoke to Alisa 2-3 times and she is so pleasant and helpful I hope to speak to her again. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help.
